Wait...wait... that d-line is shooting gaps? Not hugging blockers?! OMG! It’s gonna be a good year!

Damn, Oklahoma is very good with Hurts! I’m a Clemson fan and scared! But, still have faith in my team! I’d love to see BAMA and Oklahoma go head to head! Hurts vs Tua. 👍

The defense does look more improved. They did pretty damn solid first half but as the game went on they started giving up more big plays. I honestly think the defense isnt conditioned enough Jalen impressed me. If our offensive line can improve a tad more we can get not only more from his run game but Sermon and Brooks too. This was the best debut of a QB at Oklahoma I have seen in a while and it was against a quality opponent. I think OU was the only Big 12 team to play a better quality none P5 team.

They gave up big plays in the 2nd half when we had 3 freshman playing defensive line and 2 more in the secondary lol

Houston had only 17 points through 3 quarters and OU had pretty much delivered a knockout blow and made the game completely non-competitive. Predictably in the 4th qtr. as subs came in Houston had some success and ended up with 31 so the final score didn't look as good. Houston was the 5th best offense in the country last year and averaged 44 per game so they're really good. OU looks like a playoff team to me.

As always, I appreciate this. I am really going to lean on this next week cuz I can't watch the Pay-per-view here in Calif. It's nice to watch when I'm not stressed. Thoughts, the O-line really looked good although I saw 2 plays where Erik Swenson could (should) have been called holding. The blocking was great even from position players.

that acceleration though. He hit the afterburners twice on that same play. Haven't seen that kind of acceleration since Hollywood Brown and Kyler Murray.

OUs defense looked great the first half and I think they got gassed in the 4th quarter because of penalties and dumb plays. I’m impressed. I’m trying to figure out who Hurts reminds me of when he’s running? I’ve seen that gate before. It looks like Hurts is in an offense that really fits him and everything he wants to do, like his father said “unleashed”.

Defense had nowhere to go except up so I will wait and see. Kenneth Murray will thrive under Grinch. I still cannot believe 44 is still on the field. Hurts' miss on that throw to Cee Dee Lamb in the endzone showed something a bit disturbing. Baker or Kyler making that throw and it's a TD. Hurts panicked and threw to the inside giving the defender prime position to break that up. Throw it to left leading Cee Dee away from the defender and it's a TD. Harsh criticism? Of course. Hurts is not green. Hopefully he learns but some things cannot be taught.
I AM DYING TO KNOW WHAT JALEN SAID SHAKING HIS HEAD TO GRINCH AT THE END OF THE VIDEO

Hugh Sigh... There’s always one commenter. Check the title of the video. This isn’t an objective highlight reel. Everyone here is only here to watch OUs highlights. The end.
