Hi guys...having worked in the care industry I can perhaps shed light on a few things. I'm not surprised there are still belongings and clothes left behind. Some clients have no family, and when they die there is nobody to hand their stuff to...sometimes it is donated, but as this place has been closed for a time then I would suggest that's all it is. The attics may have been used as Creche as many carers cannot afford child care and this may have been put on by the care manager...just a guess though. Many rooms that are accessed by small staircases are used by staff as staff rooms etc. Depending on how old this place is?...there may even be a chance the the tiny room was a priest hole. Great video guys!

Just catching up, I was aware I was missing the release of this one last night and really looked forward to watching. Good explore that, brilliant place. I started out having a giggle at those masks, didn't know satanists went to Hobbycraft but then you climbed to the top of the building and it was really spooky up there, crazy old place. The not so secret room was hilarious and right on brand for that essential Ghost Theory spot of comedy. Keep it up chaps.

Good to hear about the new sound equipment. As hearing is the main way for us to participate in the investigation, I am looing forward to seeing what it unearths in the future.

Nicely timed and very nice audio Joe and Elliot, yes the building had a creepy value to it, and at times those sounds were clear as a bell, yes some of it as you said Joe would be down to building settling, but maybe not every sound. Now to the Pentagram, well I will tell you that is not proper devil worshippers, because the Pentagram should be inverted with the two prongs facing the top, so more likely there for effect or just peeps messing around. Now as I am a believer in the paranormal and I believe demons do exist, I would not really advise messing around with a Ouija board, even though I know it was just a game back in Victorian times, I know you guys were playing it seriously, but there could be risk of attachment to either of you, don't really want to see that happening, and many moons ago a Ouija session was held by my older brother in our family house, I was not even involved, but wierd things did start happening afterwards. I'm not trying to spoil your fun guys, but just be cautious about using them and using them correctly. Other than that, another fine creepy video with a building with atmosphere. Thanks guys .👍

Hello Joe hello Elliot nice to see you both to see you nice.Obviously strange ghost rituals gone on there prior to your visit .The place has obviously been vandalised which is quite sad.Hard in these dilapidated buildings which are falling apart to decipher whether the noises are just the building falling apart,rats or someone else there. Can't imagine what the smell of Sulphur is unless people have had fires there. Odd there were children's drawings there and children had drawn graffiti on the walls so why were children there.Most peculiar didn't seem haunted just extremely odd.Thankyou good as always.
