Happy belated Thanksgiving sis I do it. I stayed in the truck with hubby and I gained so much weight. I usually strength train 3days per week and walk 10 thousand steps per day. Cardio 2 per week. I loss so much strength and gained 20 lbs how do y'all keep in shape? The truck looks amazing y'all did that!

Beautiful thanksgiving because y’all were together!!! I have a quick and easy tip: the Emeril Lagasse Air fryer/pressure cooker/rice cooker/and you can bake and make yogurt in it, just to cut down the counter space.That plate does look GOODT!!!! Happy Holidays y’all
