Hey Liv and Ash, I just wanted to say that I love how you are able to be so healthy when you're not vegan or vegetarian, I feel like there is a really bad stigma around meat and animal products, and that you can't be healthy if you eat them. I just wanted to say thank you, because I used to think it was impossible to be fit and healthy unless you were literally just eating spinach and nuts! Great vid xx

I’ve been experiencing bad headaches too. I went to the doc and they said the type of headache I was having was tension headache. I’m going to try heated wheat packs and a massage ball for my neck and shoulders to see if that helps. Try too and let’s see if it work together 🥰

Acne is so common, my sister also went through it when she got off the pill. I’m about to go off the pill and I’m going to vlog it all 😇💜 My sister healed her skin naturally as well and we are going to document it all in hope we can help other girls. Liv! With your headaches if they continue go to the doctor and get ask for a mri scan, i suffer from mirgranes/headaches and had to have brain surgery early 2020, can never be to safe!
