Our Air Fryer Christmas Dinner Ho Ho Ho

Here's all the ingredients for our Christmas Dinner.
We chose a 3lb boneless turkey joint, wrapped in bacon.
Some Chipolata sausages and some streaky bacon to wrap them in to make the pigs in blankets.
Some potatoes for roasting.
Some parsnips for roasting.
A selection of frozen mixed vegetables.
Some Brussel Sprouts.
Some Green Beans.
A Cabbage.
For the cauliflower cheese, we got a large cauliflower. To make the cheese sauce, we have some grated cheddar cheese, 1 pint of milk and 2 desert spoons of plain flour.
For the yorkshire pudding mix, we have 2 large eggs, the same quantity of milk and the same quantity of plain flour.
We also have some sage and onion stuffing mix and some turkey gravy granules. Enjoy

A PROPER Christmas Dinner and largely in the air fryer, sublime!, I already had the Cosori 5l and since watching your videos I bought a slow cooker and a large bag of Pink Himalayan SEA Salt.🥰 I have picked up so many ideas from you and love putting them into practice. Great video as always! For anyone wanting the little ramekins/Yokshire moulds, we found a set of four in Asda for £3.50. Non-stick and decent solid quality, not flimsy things. Hope that might be of help to someone 👍🏻

Little tip for the puds. Don't add the milk before the mixing. Make a smooth paste with the flour, eggs and salt first then add the milk a little at a time to avoid lumps. Then leave the mix to stand for at least 3 hours at room temp to develop the yeast. Massive puds every time.😉

I just put everything on a plate and put the microwave on the lowest heat it has and that keeps everything warm. So that's another warming method if you don't want to use your oven.
