Give her bath,( night sleeping)a little malish on legs,arms,back and her head( softly) and try putting her ,on her bed,to sleep on her own,holding a small pillow. Be there only,till she sleeps and then,remove the pillow, gently.

For teething, you can give her Camilia. It’s really good and gives relief instantly. Sometimes it can be difficult to make little ones sleep, for that maybe you can give her a massage followed by feeding. Maybe that helps her to sleep.

Don't do anything special Just keep following your routine.😊 बच्चों को जब नींद आती है तब खुद ही खुद रोने लगता है और सोने के लिए रेडी हो जाता है। मुझे मेरे पहले बच्चे के समय यह मालूम नहीं था और मैं भी उसे सुलाने की कोशिश करते करते दो डेड घंटे बर्बाद कर देती थी😢😅 दूसरे वाले बच्चे॑में मुझे पता चला कि ऐसे करने की जरूरत ही नहीं है बस हम अपने काम से चलते रहे और बच्चा अपने आप जब सोने वाले होता है तो रोने लगता है। और बस उसी समय हमें उसे सुलाना चाहिए😅

Ritu please, take heavy daily dose of vitamin B12, vitamin C; and check the thyroid. Take vitamin D3. Please go to the doctor. Under eyes dark circles should be taken care of. Also take good sleep.

Try to give her garam nachni kela halwa to put her to sleep. Saw this in another vlog when the baby was resisting to sleep early in the night. Also don’t give her formula. Lot of social media docs and influencers are strictly against formula. For the teething, if she is in pain, freeze your milk in the fruit feeder itself and give it to the baby. All the tips are sourced from other vlog. Not sure if they would work

She is still an infant and needs either formula or breastmilk until one year old or whenever she decides to stop. No doctor will say don't give formula/breastmilk to a baby. And one should NEVER follow social media or influencers instead of their doctor's advice. Ritu is doing what she needs to for her baby and doesn't need anyone's advice except for Itika's doctor.
