Drinking magnesium at night helped a lot with sleep when I was pregnant. Also helped with weird cramps I had in my legs. Good stuff 🤓

i love magnesium so much. not pregnant and never have been, but i take magnesium for my bad endometriosis cramps! it’s the only thing that has ever helped me besides birth control, but that sucked cuz it gave me digestive issues and mood swings. magnesium is my personal hero.

I was sooooo thirsty during my second pregnancy i always had two of those giant cups that keep drinks cold all day. I guess that habit stuck because shes about to be five and i still have my giant pink cup and giant blue cup. This was a short story long. Sorry. Congratulations 😊

I just wanna say sleep was terrible while I was pregnant and everyone was saying, "oh just wait till the baby is born blah blah blah" but I slept WAY better after he was born. It was awesome. Everyone's experience is different, we did bed sharing which really helped, but just don't listen to people who tell you it's definitely going to suck because it just might actually not. You'll figure things out and get into a groove. ❤

Yesss!!! Exactly the same for me. Woke up at 4 and couldnt sleep until 7 during pregnancy, and now I am only half-waking up too nurse her, but all in all I sleep through the whole night.

Omg Kelsey idk how you did this! I’m also pregnant 27 weeks and omg fatigue hit me hard and still is hitting me. It was so bad in the start but now I just get waves and I just dont go anywhere cause I get exhausted so fast & if I do go somewhere I dont last more than an hour You’re so amazing !!!

I was sooooo thirsty & hungry always but then I would feel nauseous as hell everyday for the first trimester 😂 it’s so crazy. & unless you have been pregnant you CANNOT understand the level of tiredness!!!! It’s insane 😮 because those beautiful little bundles are taking EVERYTHING from us to help them develop so it’s all good but man it’s nothing like any tired I have felt before!!!! Happy 30th Kelsey! You should read Catification by Jackson Galaxy. Your cats have some boundless energy and seem to love to climb! That book is really helpful to give ideas on how to Catify your house to really let them go wild but in creative ways that look aesthetically pleasing.
