If you look closely the infrared light turns off when she walks under it bc the white balance of her hide makes the camera think it’s brighter 😂

Love this video, brings back so many good and bad memories when we had cattle, and fencing. A never ending job but we loved it until we got bad health, my husband passed away. I miss him and them daily.

@@juanitaziegler7016so sorry for your loss. Losing your life partner must be horrific. One of my younger sisters just lost her husband a month ago and is suffering so horribly. They were So close. Heart attack at 72. You and I are strangers, but I felt a need to say, think of the good times, hold God close to your heart and soul and take one day at a time remembering you were loved. @DossFarm I'm looking for cameras for our property to keep an eye out for predators, and we have some of "those" kind of neighbors to watch for also. Are yours wired or not? Wifi boosters? What kind are they? If you don't mind sharing, of course. We have 10 acres and have an ingress/egress easement situation cutting through so wired anything is a no go and we need to have the wifi range pretty big. We're in north eastern Washington so would need something that can handle the weather. I'm just overwhelmed with all the options, so figured if someone else has a recommendation that will be so helpful. 😊 Enjoy watching!

Chad my step-dad's family raised cattle for 7 generations he always told me that "fencing is just a suggestion for cattle and you better have another job other than raising cattle and farming because it doesn't pay the bills!" He was a wise man. Let the haters find another channel! I grew up helping on the farm and I can tell you that your family goes above and beyond to care for all your animals and land! I was raised on a farm raising black Angus and cows are cows they love grass in other side of the fence they can fund a hole they are going through it ours did and our neighbor would come over with ours it happens

LOL, cattle are so curious! An open gate or downed fence is just begging them to explore new horizons. You haven't lived till you thiught the whole herd was gone, just to find them peeking in your back windows!😂

Ours always managed to get out when it is really dark out at night and most of them were solid black. They were real fun to find in the dark.

I think animals do stuff just to annoy us sometimes 😆 one of my dogs ran away once, I spent I don't know how much time looking for him, and when I got home he was sitting in front of the gate, waiting for me to open it so he could get in. 🤦 Maximus just found a creative way to get a late night snack 😆 Is it possible that Little Donk might be feeling lonely? If cattle see a hole, any size hole, they will try it. They can be in a pasture with plenty of green grass and they will still try to escape. The only thing that I have not seen them willing to walk away from was haylage. Our cows LOVE it. They will actually fight over it.

I've raised registered texas longhorn cattle for 20 years now. My fences are 5 1/2 feet tall mesh & barb wire using 8' t-posts driven down to 5 1/2'. I have 2 7/8" pipe every 75' and my cattle will STILL hook their horns in the mesh and fold it like an accordion. I had to put a 3 strand hot wire on the parameter to solve the issue. 🤦‍♀️

It drives me nuts the amount of trash i have to pick up along my yard from people littering. When we moved here we had to clear tons of brush and trash from previous residents and littering along the road. I go out all the time to find a variety if garbage still, it has tamed down slightly but it's irritating. I do wish i was able to do all the support posts when i installed my fence but luckily i have not had many issues yet. I have had to tighten the fence in places but i have horses and they push on it (gras is greener scenario) and it holds. The only time they took it down was when someone opened our gate and let them out, i called them back in and they decided to jump the fence instead if going through the open gate crushing it in the process. But i do worry about my fence all the time. I wint be doing a proper fence here if i can help it we won't be here much longer. I hate that you have so many negative people but they are out there no matter what. I love that you don't let it get to you and keep doing you. You do well with your animals no matter how big or small they are.
