Mind you, all the videos we react to from jubilee generally have been online for months and have stopped accruing views. Our commentary video always links the original video and often drives views to the original since we always make a huge effort to never react to the full video. Its unfortunate but you gotta roll with the punches! Hopefully all of this gets sorted out amicably but regardless, we appreciate you fans!

@@theinvisiblewoman5709 I think they were calling it out because it's delusional to think Jubiliee has the right to decide what is and isn't fair use and is thus giving "permission" for people to react to their content. Sure some react content probably isn't fair use, but A&P definitely is on the side of reaction channels that would fall under fair use due to the amount of editing they do and commentary they make. They don't just play the whole video with minimal commentary. Even if it is a situation where it is unclear and a determination would need to be made that's up to a court so still not Jubilee.

They have no power to give permission to others to fairly use their content, that much is protected already. In court, a judge would tell them to kick rocks if they try taking down Aba and Preach. Thing is, KZfaq's system is easily abused by hawks who falsely claim content to be theirs. No, Jubilee do not have the power to take the money away from channels that react to them, not in court at least. If this does become a legal battle, it will be the end of Jubilee and Aba and Preach will win it EASILY.

Jubilee had been receiving nonstop backlash for a while due to their middle ground videos. Including the last trans debate where they literally let one of the guests be threatened with violence and then told that person she wasn’t allowed to speak and defend herself…… there’s been a white man telling a group of black people he knows what’s best for them and he’s going to insert himself into black spaces even if they don’t like it. This is gonna hurt the Jubilee channel so badly. I can imagine the myriad of fans flocking to their channel to leave negative comments, downvote their videos and unsubscribe. Its not to condone the behavior, but spiteful actions yield negative reactions from people, and this is one of those cases. I'd advise you guys to not only delete the videos, but you need to create separate accounts for each of your channels. This way, if one goes, the others aren't hit but the Domino Effect. But whatever happens, I've certainly enjoyed the ride and will continue to do so if it keeps going.

I agree with Preach take the vids down momentarily and re-upload after the legal proceedings end. I don’t think losing the channel over a couple of videos is worth it. It’s their loss, they’re losing traffic and have lost significant credibility. I think your content is very valuable and uplifting. My brother and I have been watching for years. Yeah. It's not like those videos are too informative. It's just more so entertainment and comedy. If it was something to be informative or spread awareness, I'd make it an even bigger deal. Sure, make this video and put Jubilee on blast, but also just remove the videos and stop reacting to their stuff. Jubilee will fade away after that because I'm sure a bunch of their traffic comes from people reacting. And I don't really care about their money. Both of them are rich enough that they don't need monetization for the rest of their lives.

With a name like "LDS Affiliate US", this sounds like a rogue company claiming videos for a quick buck. There's a good chance they're not even be operating with Jubilee but stuck their name there to make it look more legit and scare content creators off. I just took a look and after a long-ass time reading the comments the only one I found that wasn't simply about how they fucked up badly by copyright striking these guys was a comment that started "Regarding AI, I think..." and then went on to say that they fucked up by copyright striking these guys lol. I literally saw zero comments that were not about this.
