Today I’m sharing another homeschool space with you. This is where we do the majority of our homeschooling - our dining room! It can be dreamy to have an actual “homeschool room” but sometimes, a kitchen table is all you have and honestly, most of the time that’s all you really need.
Here’s how we store all our daily homeschool work for easy access yet keep it out of the way so that our kitchen table is also a functional eating place.

We are looking at different maps!!! We discuss as we eat!!! We often homeschool on the beach!!! We love the who was books!!! When we do British history and geography my older kids remember the places as we loved there for a few years!!! My youngest daughter remembers a bit but not as much!!!

I plan to get a map of Texas and we have that US map but I want a bigger, more antique-looking one. Maps are so fun! I love that y’all have personal experience to some places y’all study! I’d love to be able to offer that to my kids… one day!

You know it’s funny, I would love to move around the house for school. I even made it more easily doable with our school notebooks being portable and all, but we always find our way back to the table. It’s just where we all prefer to work I guess lol
