I'll be moving in a few months and I'm really worrying about the high rent prices and safe neighborhoods to search for houses. Your new house seems lovely! Hi Burcu! We pay $3200/month. We've lived in liberty village, college park, yonge/bloor, the annex and king st west, all of which were pretty decent neighbourhoods. Getting a rental can be tough right now but it really depends on your budget. We initially had an agent but ultimately found a rental directly from an owner on Facebook marketplace.
