Great video on the Rv show. I think that Thor Geneva is cute. It’s cute for what it has for storage and all. And as small as it is. I like the Winnebago Navion. It looks nice to me. Like the Murphy bed. Thank you Liz and Dennis for showing these Rvs. Hope you have a great day. See you soon!

These are all Class C models. I was hoping to see at least a 1 Class B in this video. The Winghamm is a SMALL Class C. B's don't use cut-away chassis. B+ still a Class C in DMV.

We toured lots of class Bs and have separate video on them but honestly can't back the layouts they put in the chassis. We'd rather build out our own van than buy a class B. More customized and better floor plan options that way.

Love everything about the Winghamm -- except the price! Yeah, probably too small for couples -- but great for remote workers eager to explore the country and its national parks. Maybe Winnebago or another manufacturer will come up with a more affordable version (copy?) soon!

Maybe? But considering the revel which is pretty bare bones with amenities is over $200K I don't know that other manufacturers will do it more affordably. It also won't have the monocoque shell which is a nice selling feature. The price is expensive though!

I recommend buying a used 8 to 10 thousand dollars used van. Then, remove everything and rebuild it to how you want it for another 8 to 10 thousand because new RVs are too expensive at around 50 thousand for the cheapest.

We sold our WB View because they have made everything so complicated and high tech. Even the Mercedes-Benz was so high tech and I don't what was ever wrong with the KISS principle? Hated dealing with the MB dealer to get things fixed. What happened to the simple toilets and hotter heater that would hardly breakdown? The first year we had the WB View the Truma hot water heater quit with in the first week and we were in Yellowstone, couldn't take a shower in our rig. Then we went to the Michigan UP and the auto flush Theford toilet quit. When you pay $100,000 plus for a RV you think it should be top of the line, not hardly. None of the seats or bed was comfortable either. The only good thing we bought just before the rush to buy RV's so we actually made a profit when we sold the pile of crap. Just give me one built on a Ford chassis with the basic equipment so you can actually enjoy your trips.

The coach I bought right before the pandemic took a year to finally get jumped about $20k in price for this model year. I did have to pay an additional $2500 on delivery because of supply chain problems they were having that impacted their cost between my deposit data and delivery date.

The Oasi 540 is very cool, and would definitely consider that versus something like a Travato. BTW, I think the MSRP on that unit is $145K, and has additional items that bump the price up (like lithium batteries). One thing I think the Oasi is missing is a generator. So lithium would probably be a must.

Yes would definitely agree there! So much more function in a small space. I'm sure it can get pricey with upgrades. But what doesn't?

Very cool indeed! The issue is that those of us who paid a deposit are hearing nothing from them about when they’re going to be built and 2022 is not an option because they decided to focus on the European market instead - just a heads up for anyone watching. :(

I have a question about the Oasi...if the outside is all one piece, what happens if you get a fender bender? Instead of just removing the one part they have to remove all of it? Or patch it? or....??? I simply love the murphy bed idea and it would SO be the one for me if I were single. But my hubby and I live on two different wake/sleep schedules so that would never work. LOL! Thanks for letting us know what is out there!

Yah I get that. Maybe the twin bed then ? The LTV has a nice living area and door so you don't disturb the other. The monocoque shell is SUPER durable. It'd have to be a big fender bender but it is a good question.

@@EatSeeRV coach house has had shells like this for decades, as did Chinook and Born Free. They are repaired using the same technologies as fiberglass boat hulls. Wingamm is fabulous design and execution, but the one piece shell is not unique to them. They act like it is.

Since this show is about rv’s, I want to ask… why do you prefer a drivable Rv over a truck and trailer? I’m contemplating. My wife wants to be able to park, unpack, and not have to pack up when going places. I know you have a motorcycle, but she prefers a truck. Love your thoughts

Personal preference. We did the truck and trailer and while it's wonderful to have a tow car it's annoying on drive days. There's a lot more set up with a trailer as well. Our cats like being in their safe space as we drive not have to be put in a crate each time we moved. If you think that would work better for you it likely would! - Liz

We have a video on class B's we like for full time RVing. But it'd honestly choose the wingamm over a class B because of its function for such a small space.

That's a fair concern. It will be a promaster chassis so that's serviceable anywhere in the USA. The only thing is the finishes. But I'm sure Wingamm has a solution or service department that can help with that. - Liz

Yes, people should do their research. There is no vehicle classification B+. It’s sad and embarrassing that the industry is pushing this lie for marketing purposes. Everyone knows, what I am saying is 100% factually true. Don’t be a part of it .
