great to see shook world on here, this album is a masterpiece (as well as most of the albums of the list) also I'm always here for the fatboi sharif praise, for me decay is the album of the year

Really felt your passion, Mega, on the topic of noname at the end and I whole heartedly hope that your vision for the trajectory of “the culture” becomes a reality one day. I feel like you have a book in you begging to be written. You just put into words many things that I can get behind but didn’t yet know that I would, especially as a white person on the outside of many black ideological norms. The attitudes that you wish to promote seem to have a general propensity toward human happiness and growth :) Props to the bravery beneath all of that passion and props to noname for inspiring more of it.

What great lists that both of you guys have, I was hoping that Jet would have certain album on his list and Mega would have stuff on his list to talk about separately. Really enjoyed this video you guys, Phiik and Lungs was an 11th album for me for sure because i couldnt fit in it with so many great records coming out this year but i really started to enjoy that one a lot within the last few months. I knew that Fatboi Sharif would get major love from you guys. Decay was incredible so much so i bought it on vinyl. You guys also put me on to people like Obijuan who I've become a fan of and really like what he's doing and he raps about cultural things ive never heard about so looking into that made him more interesting to listen, especially with dylantheinfamous's beats and adlibs. Seeing Pink Navel live was incredible, that How To Capture Playful is super enjoyable I feel like I can put that on anytime and it gives me the same feeling while also being able to discover new things on it the odd time signatures or idiosyncratic whimsicalness of his lyrics. I'm gonna have to peep that Celestaphone and dive into the NoName record more I know you guys champion her so much and really love her work, just haven't peeped her as much. Looking forward to L-Spade's albums as well. Happy New Year Mega and Jet!! Peace Peace
