For the dough:
3g (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
300g (1 + 1/4 cups) lukewarm water (about 104F (40C)
3g (1/2 teaspoon) sugar
420g (14oz) all-purpose flour
4g (3/4 teaspoon) fine sea salt
40g (3 tablespoons) olive oil
For the sauce:
790ml (1 can) canned tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of dried oregano

We are in the same facebook group. I saw you post and came here. Going to get started with pizza making since I want to learn it. Here where I am located mostly we use all purpose flour. Does it work? What is the difference in using honey vs sugar?

I also use all-purpose flour, it works perfectly. I never used honey, so, unfortunately, I don’t know how it will work
