WELCOME TO HICKORY'S
Our first road trip across America’s Southern States sure did start something...
We made friends with pitmasters in Texas, ate pulled pork in South Carolina, baby back ribs in Memphis & burnt ends in Kansas City - meeting some of the friendliest folk on earth along the way.
One journey was never going to be enough, so every year we scour the backroads & highways from Missouri to Mississippi in the name of new recipes to take home. We’re now roughly up to 19 trips to over 70 towns & cities across the states & counting…
The first Hickory’s Smokehouse opened in 2010 in Chester, a year to the day after the first roadtrip & we’ve been welcoming guests ever since. If you haven’t joined us, you can find our restaurants across the North West, Midlands, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire & North Wales & we’d love to welcome you for some good old fashioned Southern hospitality.

This looks awesome. I love the fact the menus are newspapers! My word Paul, What a big sausage you've got! 😂😂So much food! Looks lush. Haha I don't know why, but I initially read rum fudge as ham fudge 😂my eyes are still asleep, but can you imagine ham fudge! Oof that chocolate fudge cake looks divine! Gutted that they don't have any of these anywhere near me!

We love Hickories smokehouse platters 😊. We also enjoy the toast your own marshmallows but this usually ends up with a few minor fires at the table 😂😂

@@itsastakesything yeah definitely i'd recommend the beef burrito and the churros heads up if you want eat after the show they open like 30 mins after the show end but open before show and in the interval

I’m sure the insert at the start said open 8 days a week?! Why do the pints look so huge. The food looks absolutely incredible, I’d need a lie down after all of that 😂
