My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first KZfaq channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

27:09 Benji, never apologize for bringing up Mama. She SHOULD be celebrated. I love hearing about her and your relationship with her. I lost my mom last year, so I can imagine how the family is feeling. I try to talk about my mom with my son so we can reminisce about good memories. It’s a way to honor our loved ones to talk about them.

When Benji talked to the camera like he was talking to Mama Nini, I literally started welling up. She was truly amazing and the impact she made on so many lives. She will be missed. I also look forward to seeing the girls at the Mabuhay Squad Farmhouse. They would love it!

Such an emotional vlog The way Benji kept mentioning Mama one can only imagine their grief, my condolences to them all Mama will surely be missed by millions🤍 I'm frm the caribbean too and I remembered when my mum ate Star Apple she ate it with a spoon to avoid the milk staining. There's so much love between you and Benji. And also their whole family. Praying for Judy and the whole family. It's hard losing a parent. I lost mine and what you said about "paradigm shifting" is so true - at some point you really feel like life and loved ones are precious and valuable and experiences are what matter at the end of the day when the bounty of the "hustle" is over and life itself is coming to its end - experiences/togetherness is what we will take with us. Love is infinite but our lives here are finite.

Great collab! While we are still grieving Mama’s passing, it’s so nice to see much loved youtubers that I follow do a collab. The Travis family and your channel is one of first I subscribed to and watched all these years. Just fun, positive, wholesome and inspiring content all these years. Sincere condolences Benji & Judy. May your mama RIP. Chico is one of my favorite PH fruit. Every time I go to the PH I made sure I eat Chicos. In life, material thing is nothing and worthless. What is important is the love of the family. Enjoy each moment as tomorrow may not come and has no guarantee.

Cried and realized a lot at 39:14. I felt heard and motivated to appreciate more the little things in life that spark happiness! Thank you Sir Mikey! I am currently in my late 20's and I agree with the hustle to work and work and work. :( We only live once and we have to cherish each moment with the special people we love and live for. I am so glad that you and Benji had time to talk about these things. Mama Nini will always be remembered! 🕊

Nice to see you and Benji together again and condolences on the passing of moma. I lost my dad in December 2021 and uncle in June 2022 so I understand what it is like to lose a close family member. 9:09 Those birds look like Eurasian tree Sparrows (Passer montanus). The square mark on the side of their face and brown head tells them apart from Eurasian House Sparrows which don't have a square mark on the side of their face and their head is more of a greyish-purple, not brown,

Quick comment Mikey… about the rug in front of the sauna, I worry about that with you especially with the glass floor and your injured back. Once you exit you may slip and the glass is doubly unforgiving on your healing back. Either find a better place to put the sauna or get something larger (more heavier rug) placed at the entrance/exit of the sauna? We worry about you Mikey and RJ :)

Just a comment (might not even be widely acceptable method), but the way to open mangosteen is to unplug the jutting stem and crown to leave an open hole to the hard mangosteen shell, then cracking open the shell with that hole should be easy. Of course, it is easier to pop out that stem and crack open the shell if the mangosteen is ripe. One way to check if the fruit is ripe is that when you press on the shell, it should give or dent a bit (dont press too hard though haha). If the mangosteen shell is hard and does not dent when you press it your thumb, then it might still be unripe. Enjoy eating them mangosteen super fruits!

Love star apple. The milky stuff is latex. Birds and chilli peppers have evolved to mutually benefit from one another. The birds get nutrients from the peppers without the sensitivity to capsaicin. On the other hand, the peppers get their seeds dispersed through a wider area because of the birds.

i really really love you guys! You keep it so real and down to earth and I can relate in so many ways. I lost my mom 1/18 just a few weeks ago and Mikey you are so right about focusing on family and making memories. I regret so much and have so much guilt for not spending more quality time with my mom. Its a terrible feeling. I wish I was more focused on having fun and not so serious all the time and not so naive that she would be with me longer. She was only 68 so I thought I had more time. You can't always rely on tomorrow. I miss her so much!

I am so very sorry to hear of your family member moving on. This is the time we are truly reminded of our loved ones' importance to us. Also, more videos where you are telling of and tasting foods that aren't as common to some viewers! Might be neat to add videos of these types of things from other areas, too, like Canada and the U.S.!!

Anyway, happy to hear that you are appreciative of the beautiful Farmhouse, and personally, if Judy and the kids were there, I'm sure that they would've enjoyed the ant room with that trampoline, and would've had fun in the spinning chairs and maybe even on the TV watching kids stuff on KZfaq! But you know, while Judy and the girls never showed up in there, I know that we'll all be waiting for them to visit the farmhouse!

You guys are making me salivate. Mangosteen is my fav. It is so expensive here in the US and it is hard to find good ones. I totally agree agree with you when it comes to home cook meal. We don’t need to measure anything when I cook Filipino dishes. I just need to know the ingredients. Every dish is to taste. I’m so jealous, you were eating the fruits I haven’t had in years. You may take out the mangosteen's 'crown' first, then press it to open. And you can scoop the flesh of the star apple to eat. And like mangosteen, just press it to open. You too can scoop the flesh, mix w/some evaporated or condensed milk & put some ice. Instant ice cream! Oh! just miss my younger days in my late father's province 😩

Mikey, a fun fact, check out the bottom of mangosteen as the “petals” tell you the number of seeds you’ll get inside. So your no seed one you had a few days ago would not have had any “petals” at all. You’re welcome! 🥰🥰

A bit of trivia, in the old days women used the sap of the star apple as glue to put on their eyelashes. My grandma used to tell me this story whenever we go to the province and eat star apple

You two have such passion on eating the fruits! I love it! These are all of my favorite fruits and I used to say I hate fruits. And because you tagged these as tropical fruits, I learned that I do love fruits. Just the tropical ones (seasonal) ones that you don't get everyday from a grocery store. I am mindblown! I do love fruits
