One of the first things that we got when we finally got to the new homestead was a first aid kid, because inevitably-injuries, ailments and illnesses happen. Plus we know being out in the country-we're further away from hospitals and ambulances, so the more that we can be self-sufficient as far as medical supplies go-the better off we'll be. We started to not only streamline some of our medical supplies but also organize them so it's easier for anyone at the homestead to find something to help their condition, ailment or injury.
Additionally, we teamed up with Jase Medical-the sponsor of this video-to beef up on our supplies of emergency antibiotics, which we think is also important to have on hand in times of need.
To get your Jase Case and schedule your consultation, head over to: jasemedical.com/flockfingerlakes and you can use the code: FLOCK10 to get $10 off.
We also highlighted some of the supplies featured here below, which may qualify us for affiliate revenues, which supports the channel:

You need to have Comfrey in your First Aid kit! Comfrey is nick named "the bone knitter" and it definitely works very, very well. My boyfriend broke his wrist and they wanted to put a cast on it. It was only a hairline fracture. So I told them thank you for the xray and I'm taking him home. I did a Comfrey polstice for 5 nights - we went back for a 2nd xray and it healed the bone 100%!!! It also heals liganments and things like rotator cuff or shoulder issues. You can grow it very easily - but be careful - it will propagate profusely!

Love this and agree with what you say about these things....I use many supplements and herbs. But. There us a time and place for this. No replacement for an annual eye exam, blood work with doctor and dental care. I am 65, I am on thyroid medication, blood pressure medication, cholesterol, and glaucoma drops. I take in addition to my prescription medication I take supplements to enhance and help conditions. All of my conditions would have been unaware to me....blood tests and eye tests revealed these conditions. Silent killers and site thieves. I am not over weight, I eat healthy, walk 2 miles a day, garden ......these conditions are hereditary in my case. My point is, still get an annual check up.

I LOVE THIS VIDEO SO MUCH as someone who suffers from chronic illness! Anything to stay out of the ER as much as possible :) the only thing I’d like to add is that most of us know honey is a natural anti inflammatory but it’s also a natural antihistamine! I wouldn’t reach for it if someone is going into anaphylaxis but if someone is suffering from allergies or a sore throat, ingesting some honey can help in a pinch 🥰

I would add something for head trauma to stop the inflammation cascade. Even the small knocks can start the process and it doesn't stop. A family member recently had major abdominal surgery and a month later developed clots in the leg. The ER/hospital was full and she never got care. The ambulances would pull up, put the patients in a wheelchair and dump the in the waiting room. After four hours we left and I started her on herbal remedies to bust the clot and thin the blood. In the end it took a full 7 days to get her proper medical care. The system is broken and we need information like what you are sharing. Thank you!

Good content. Working and doing business in healthcare is very important to grow plants and herbs that can heal wound, pain, fever, bacteria… etc. Right now, we have medical supply shortages. It’s pretty concerning, But don’t panic peeps, we just have to be prepared, learn and get to know mother nature because she’s a natural healer and provider. By the way, coleus contain medicinal properties that can stop a bleeding. Also, Moringa tree known as miracle tree is a medicinal plant. It’s important to know and grow plants that contain antibacterial properties. Most of all, There are plants that will help people to open up their consciousness. In a spiritual level. That’s a different story. Another topic to cover in the future 😉. You’re in your way guys. Keep going. You’re in the right track.

You can get extremely inexpensive liter-ish bottles of sterile saline solution that are great as eye wash and for cleaning wounds with a little more pressure outside. It's nice to grab one quick and run outside instead of moving an injured person. Once open it is technically contaminated, but if you are careful you can use it over the course of a few days to continue to clean a wound. Saline also great in case you are going to an event that may devolve into tear gas. Speaking of water, I'm a little surprised to see homeopathic remedies in your selection. I'm all for _holistic_ medicine and learning to use plants, especially topically for wounds and skin irritation. Homeopathy is disproven to help for anything but a placebo effect. If there is any active ingredient in a homeopathic medication -which there should not be if it is "properly" prepared through massive dilution- it will likely make your problem worse since it is meant use a substance that causes similar effects to somehow counteract your symptoms. Homeopathic remedies are common in co-ops and health food stores and are often packaged similarly to herbal or pharmaceutical products. You have to look carefully to figure out which things that look like medicine are inert wastes of money.

Fantastic that you selected brands that are ‘clean’. Some products can be labeled as natural, but contains flow agents, fillers, pigments, preservatives, or other ingredients that are not so wholesome. Even the caps & tablets may contain contrary elements. One reason people stick with an allopathic approach is the medicine is covered under insurance, whereas the herbals are rarely covered. People can be financially bound to the pharmacy. Any guess at what your collection would cost? I’m certain I have spent over 1500 in my self help collection, in part due to wanting a rapid covid response if needed.
