I could teach you this 😂, I can but I don't do it often enough although it's really easy especially for us as highly sensitive beings. Theta is the state where we are able to connecting with the field.. Akashic records and asking questions about everything and everyone we need to know.. And being in the here and now at the same time 🙏🙏👍. Our human resources are vast! And birds are doing it every few hours, taking a nap and receiving information we will never get to knowing ❤at the same time. I managed doing it in a pub.. Long ago 😂
