So happy for ur so aggressive to learned to be productive, real estate is the best way to earned income , good business per my dad was engage in buying subdividing land titles them,he gives some to landless ,some he sells, give some to his offspring too generous, unfortunately he passed on just after picking up titles land delivery them to ppl , unable to collect payments due to sudden passing , he’s stress from the manila weather hot .. from cva , so watch ur health blood pressure hit high sudden death.. much love and god bless …😊

Wow that Pasta dish looks soo delisiosoooo!!! Beautiful home there! You live where my Father who is 100 yrs old resides. Currently he is in the hospital there with pneumonia. We live in the USA . He received 2 awards from the Philippine government for reaching 100 yrs old. Glad you recovered from the flu there! I enjoy your vlogs a lot ! Such a cute couple ! I think in the Western World its mostly minding your own business! Friends and families don't always come to your house bring you gifts, help u decorate ur tree or help with some chores, these are the things i missing so badly and love about living there. Hi Martin, for safety.don't leave your bag inside the car or in case inside the car cover if by newspaper or jacket etc so no one can see ur LV bag outside the window. So u will not be victimized by " car basag gang" just ask Ave what is "basag gang". Just a reminder.😂
