I love this idea, both as a series and what the family is doing for their home. I love seeing alternative homes and reusing other structures for homes. I also love the idea of strengthening downtowns. Can't wait to watch the rest of the series.

I'm so excited about the journey and the final results. I remember watching a show a while back that a family brought a old bank and turned it into one of the most beautiful homes I ever seen and another family brought a three level automotive shop that's was old and had so much damage but when they finished, it was so beautiful and very unique. This has always been a dream of mine to do, so my husband and I are definitely doing this. Looking forward to seeing more videos like this.🙋🏾💋❤️💕💜🦋

I love what Allan and his family are doing! A sweet mix of inspirational, educational, and of course comedic with lines like, "triangle or pentagon...I'm not sure I'm not good with shapes". I could easily see this being a show where Allan and his family rehab buildings like this in other areas! Great show and great production too!

LOVED watching this! We really enjoyed the bathroom episode and were laughing a lot during that episode. Also like how each episode focused on different aspects of the build. So cool! Hope you do more! The warehome turned out awesome!

This is such a good idea, especially when it comes to revitalizing smaller downtowns. I know our downtown back home in Wisconsin (25k people) just went to hell and a hand basket because there wasn't enough investment in the diversity of properties, as well as the types of people who frequent the area. Hopefully stuff like this that involves actually making the area a place where folks live can help.

The challenge of renovating this building is something in of itself but I feel like there's an interesting halo effect from doing this. Lessons for your kids, lessons for the community, being aware of the history of the building .. Then there's the fact this place turned out dope af ... holy crap, man. Standing ovation for the entire Branch family.

In europe we do this all the time , some of these industriel buildings are really sturdy and make great homes where you can reinvent the Inside space without the contraint of walls ,,,

Come to the Greater Cincinnati/Northern KY area. Our downtowns are BOOMING. Malls are dead, online shopping is in. Our downtowns average rent for lofts/1 BR apts are now 1000-1200 a month, up from 5-650 a month. We have microbreweries, gourmet restaurants, outdoor flea markets, music festivals, city bike rentals etc. etc. etc. Move to Cincinnati if you want affordable urban living with everything at your fingertips.

This is going to be great when it is done. A down town space should be a combo of homes and locally owned businesses.

Brilliant idea, love, love it. I have been thinking about this for many years. Because I would like to have a shop, and a high end apartment inside, and maybe a pool too. I hope to be able to do this when I relocate. Right now many people would like to do the same. However, in California, the authorities are very strict because of earthquakes, and moreover, the warehouse foundation are not adequate to become a home. So the only ones that can do it have very, very deep pockets. Make sure safety is number one with your new home for your family. Best wishes to you and your beautiful family,
