I can see a few people asking about the door of loft so I would say door could be at the base of the loft why the stair case starts.

I think it looks lovely and full of memories.. but i would say lay out the glass top on ur draws it will look nicer and protect the wood for long and keep it away from any stains. 😘

Sorry but you really need your own space. You should provide for your wife & buy her a own house its the basic right of a wife... her own place where she can wake up late, sit around in the living room in her pjs etc... there is hardly space in this room..if thats all you can afford then thats fine but obviously you have the finances to buy your own house so you should?
