Our yarn arriving from the U.S.A. is loaded onto knitting machines and turned into rolls of fabric. Then the fabric gets rinsed, dyed and stabilized in our dye jets. The fabric is dried and compressed to the right density. Finally, the fabric is cut using small robots or a cookie-cutters that creates the different parts of the garment that will then be sewn together.

Our family invented the first textile fabrics continuous rage in 1952. Our company was Timberline Fabrics in Denver Colorado, USA🇺🇸 All the washing, dying, coatings, prints, heat setting, drying and cutting was done in one continuous process, the first high production automated process in the World.

@@icare7151 we have polyester yarns of 50, 75, 150, 300 all denier, we can make it in fabric with our knitting machines

@@kaya.13 It depends on what the USA is going to do with USA manufacturing. President Biden and his Democrat Party leaders in control now have no clue about USA manufacturing and are totally corrupt. Until they have functional policies it’s simply not worth producing products in the USA anymore. Most of our lines we now import the finished goods, package and distribute them. We still manufacture in the USA our premium lines, but they are not the bulk of our business. We simply cannot compete in the USA with our massive overreaching regulations, no fair trade protections and other countries have superior lower labor rates, virtually no regulations on any level compared to the USA.
