You know, I spent nearly 4 years being the sole caregiver to my very sick husband. I lost him 8 months ago and have spent the time since then feeling incredibly lost, sad and sorry for myself. You've taught this 66 year old grandma of 7 that my life can still have meaning, and you've shown me how to do it. I'm ready to "get over myself" and engage in helping others. Jan4222 I to have walked thru this darkness time in one's life. The only healing is in trusting Jesus no matter what I cannot see & loving others heals oneself. My baby blessed our lives for 5 yrs. You always miss them but wouldn't have anyone stay here in prolonged pain. Fortunately I had 2 more lovely girls. Many marriages fall apart during these stressing situations & sometimes quite a bit later. I appreciate this family & we need to keep the families in our prayers.

I wasn't a cancer patient but our children's hospital of Akron Ohio saved my life! In 1972! A Drs misdiagnosis has lead to a life of medical needs but I'm alive 35 surgeries . I have a child of my own, a husband who loves me! Life is great! Congratulations! What your doing is amazing! ☺

I am an ACCOIN mom. I became one this August. We just finished radiation and start chemo in December. I say we, because it affects our whole family, but it's my 9 year old daughter doing all the hard work. You all have to know, it's not about the stuff, but about lifting the spirits of these sweet kids. Letting them forget, even if it's just for a minute. I can't wait to be on the other side, donating, instead of my children being the recipient of... THANK YOU to everyone who has participated in this and THANK YOU to this beautiful family for being the hands and feet. THANK YOU Jesus, for blessing this families platform and using them for good. My daughter was born with cancer… she is now 19. She has fought to live all 19 years… after 6 life flights from our small town in Montana… she was under too long and suffered brain damage. Mentally she is 6 or 7 in a 19 year old body, but she is the happiest girl in the world! What you guys are doing with your influence is amazing!!!! From a parent of a child like this… your gifts allow a family to get through one more day, one more hour and sometimes one more minute… because we know we are not alone… Thank you 🙏

I can only watch half of this. It really hits hard for me. Im crying now just thinking about it. My brother passed away in 82 with cancer. For 4 years he suffered. He was 4 at the time they found it. Being a sibling watching and not being able to do anything really hurts. I so glad you all do this. This is just awesome. Thank you all.

Thank you for doing this! My daughter was in Pediatric ICU at Doernbechers, not for cancer, but for several days. It was scary for us, but for her, it was hard. The donations she received while we were there, the activity bag, and even the gifts they gave to her sister were priceless. It was a calm in our storm. Last night we were back in Doernbechers again, so as I lay here watching this, and having planned a few toy drives ourselves, we are humbled by your hearts. It is your viewers donating, but you are the steam behind the trains engine. ❤️ Our most sincere prayers for each of those beautiful Littles and their families. 🙏

My wife works with ACCOIN (she talked with you about our backpacking adventures) and you interviewed her at 13:30. Our son Jackson 15:08 just won his two year battle with a solid liver tumor (half of his life as he is now 4 years old) and I can say with 100% certainty that your donations help give hope to those who are going through the hardest struggle of their lives. I am crying happy tears as I am writing this because I know from firsthand experience how hard Christmas is for families going through this. If it wasn't for amazing people like you, our family could have folded financially. It is because of families like yours and your wonderful viewers who donated, that our family grew in our faith and renewed our desire to do the same for others. Yes. For their children AND MINE! I share this with my own Children. I want them to see the gift that 'giving' REALLY gives!!! (If that makes sense) I know what a battle I fought to whip Cancer, my Dr told me after my frustration with a year of treatment, surgery and losing weeks at a time ( I barely remember any of that entire year) to explain to me how serious my treatment was, my Dr finally said 'the only thing you have left to do it die. We have had to make you THAT sick. Give yourself grace and heal' .. I cannot imagine as a child, going through that. I can't imagine and don't want to. As a Parent, Our hearts are made to FIX things for our babies, and this isn't something that can be 'fixed' with a little glue, or a new part. How helpless these parents must feel. I have to share ( I'm sorry this is so long) but one of the HARSHEST realities of Cancer is the loneliness! You watch everyone continue to live, go and do, because they have to and you can't. You feel alone, forgotten, forsaken...even in a crowd ... It hurts! It's not their fault, and not the patient's fault. It's part of the gross ugliness of the disease. What this family and EVERY person who has taken part in ANY way, through gifts, money, prayers, supporting this channel, and did I say PRAYERS , everyone if you had given the gift of easing that loneliness. These babies, these parents, the workers, families and friends, they have all had someone pick up a small piece of the burden and carry it for them for a while. That is what you have really given. They KNOW they haven't been forgotten. All because of people like YOU. Yes, YOU!!! @ Good Simple Living, Jeremy and Melissa, you TRULY have no idea the gift you are giving the world over. You are the vessel in which the very hand of God moves! May God's grace and mercy cover each of you. His face shine upon you, May these babies heal and grow up healthy and strong, to one day do this for the next ones, who will sadly carry this torch. I'm so Thankful one day, this too shall pass and there will never be another to suffer. To those babies that Moved to Heaven, we remember you. We remember your battle and the warriors you ARE! RUN and roll on the soft green hills of Heaven, ... skip down the street of gold, splash and skip rocks in the Crystal River, and snuggle up on Jesus Lap. Nothing can ever hurt you again. We will all be a long shortly, and there will never be another see you later, no more tears! Friends, where ever you are, Remember ... YOU have a purpose and GOD HAS A PLAN!!! Thank You Jeremy and Melissa, all the kiddos, those who give of their hearts to treat these babies... We see you, we are praying for you and for every family in the battle to WHIP CANCERS BUTT!! Jeremy, I usually comment about the entire family because you all are so incredible. I work in corrections, and today my thoughts center around you. You must have been one hell of a good police officer--extraordinary. I see empathy, firm and fair, and a thousand percent above and beyond. Just like your family, you (all) are wonderful to the core and a whole lot more! Ultimately, I think it was best for your family that you moved to new horizons. The price that first responders pay is uncommonly high.

This is VERY COOL!!! As someone that has taken that journey (as an adult) this really impresses me. I survived a brain tumor some years ago. And I met some of the kids making that journey too. Usually in hallways waiting for tests etc. What you are doing definitely makes a difference!!!!

As I write this, I have streams of tears rolling down my face. I am home sick and very emotional. I lost my son not from cancer but we don’t know from what. suddenly on November 1. So I’ve been crying for 25 days. I saw those beautiful children and I kept crying and crying. I saw the whole video and my sister said calls me and she says watch and watch the live, all I did was bawl from the beginning to the end. Not only are your subscribers, kind, considerate, loving, and willing to go beyond anything I’ve ever seen, but you guys are so great I don’t. I get so emotional and I’ve been watching you for about a year now because I didn’t know you existed. God bless you all. God bless your subscribers and all those children that needed your help and those families. Oh my God I’m crying again I’ll keep watching. God bless you guys.❤

I felt the same as I watched. So proud of this family's achieving beyond their goal, and all who gave in support of a beautiful cause! My nephew, diagnosed with Angiosarcoma at 25, lived a year longer and became a reason for more research! Yes, no child should ever have to fight cancer alone! God Bless you all... Amen🙏🏼❤

So amazing what you have achieved for those children and they're families, I lost a child... not from Cancer but I can relate with these families and the constant worry and your gifts are so special, it helps make the visit to the hospital that little more bearable. We have an amazing children's charity here in Australia called the Starlight Foundation, they helped my son and his siblings through his treatments and hospital stays, I still donate to them every month and its been over 24 yrs since my son Ashley passed. So thankyou for all that you do to help these children. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As a former pediatric cancer mom this bring such joy and inspiration to my heart! You guys are amazing! I am sure the families appreciate each and every thing! There is nothing quite like being told “Your child has cancer”, or having to say it yourself and speak those words into the air. “Tahlia has cancer.” Was and still is the most suffocating sentence I’ve ever had to say. 2nd only to “Tahlia died, and is in the arms of Jesus now.” Your efforts while I’m sure weren’t easy, are so appreciated! Thank you so so much for all your work and support to these families and ACCOIN for all you do for the cancer community!

When they came in his room and gave toys made him forget his pain just for a little bit… the smile that came across his face from the toys.. just lights your heart. Oh my....I cried like a baby! This definitely puts things into perspective. I'm 58yrs. old and at my age I have a slew of health issues, which bother me everyday, but I've been married, had a baby, driven a car, traveled across the country, etc. But when you see a baby, or a young person who hasn't experienced those things and sadly may not get to, makes my little issues seem miniscule. God bless the Souza family for all they've done to organize this fundraiser and for all their hard work. Lets all pray for those children and their families!! 😇🥰😷🙏
