In the US, if you bought your eggs cold in the store, they need to be stored in the fridge after you buy them. If you don't , the condensation on the eggs as they warm up will make the shell prone to bacteria growth. US and UK have diff regulations on cleaning and processing eggs, so please keep your store bought eggs in the fridge, or else you could get sick from salmonella or other bacterias.

Love your vlogs so much I have a lot of family in Florida and I miss them so much. Miami is beautiful. Just a suggestion... in America we definitely store eggs in the fridge. You should find the nearest Aldi supermarket!! They are a small market but very inexpensive and high quality.

Nice update. The cured ham is pronounced Pro-Shoe-Toe(Prosciutto). The cost seems high based on the amount of food shown but there is a premium for organic foods. Plus you are shopping at what I would call specialty food stores. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Publix isn’t what normal Americans would consider a typical grocery store.

Trader’s Joes is not on the same level as Safeway, Piggly Wiggly, or Albertsons. Even a Super Wal-Mart is more typical than a Trader’s Joe which is my point.

@@pgreen0001 they have a different, business model, but TJ’s is now part of the “normal” options of American grocery store game. I find Trader Joe’s cheaper than Publix and Win Dixie.

I don’t believe Traders Joe and Win Dixie are in the same consumer market. Then there is Aldi but that’s a whole other thing. I have a 150 dollar budget for myself and whole 250 for 2 if it were a month would be fine if all they got for their 250 was on that counter they showed us I would still think that was a lot for a little especially for 10 days, but they also eat organic so that would make sense. There are 591 Trader Joe’s and approximately 920 Safeways for example. If you spend 250 at a Super Wal-Mart you either have a ton of groceries or you bought a lot of meat. 😂

@@pgreen0001 I can’t comment too much on what they showed on video - it went kinda fast. Everything is so expensive these days. Trader Joe’s is definitely a great choice to save money. Walmarts and Costcos might be better for bulk purchases.

Maybe if you don't have a lot of tools maybe a few basic ones will help with any further assembly drill/screwdrivers, hammer and pliers as well as screws and nails. You will need shelving for your office or cabinets. Battery operated sconces can be found easier to install with rechargeable batteries. Maybe a backup power source/ flashlight and first aid kid and blanket and water for the car. Happy Birthday Matt :) all the best wishes to you and yours. If you're seeking smaller plants for your living room, I would consider Snake plants and ZZ plants. They are both very low maintenance requiring minimal water and adaptable to various lighting conditions.

Eggs should be kept in a fridge as they need a constant temperature. The fridge is the only place in the kitchen that you can guarantee this.

Yes as long as they are washed they have to be in the refrigerator. If not washed straight from the farm then they can be shelved.

I grew up in Miami, and moved back down after 12 years in NYC; Trader Joe’s and WF are the best places to shop groceries. Definitely refrigerate those 🥚! Fun fact groceries in the Miami-Ft Lauderdale area is equal to more expensive than NYC.

I just love your vlogs would you share your salesman name at City furniture maybe you would get credit it for future purchases and give us an update in a few months on your sofa when you go on the website it doesn’t really give you a whole lot of info the fabric or the depth of the seat I am looking for stark white, and that appears be the this one the ones that you see around my area are cream and I don’t want cream. And thanks for sharing your journey. I know you mentioned you’re getting a dining room table. Don’t know what style you’re going for, but I would put it between the kitchen and the living room like where an island would go that way it wouldn’t block any views or the walls depending on how big it is.

Eggs need to be refrigerated! I hope by the time you read this, bacteria does not get into eggs. If you purchase food in refrigerator section in stores like butter needs refrigeration. Like your videos but wanted to alert you as you can get very sick.

It depends where you live. I pay $75-$100 per week in groceries and I eat pretty healthy. Miami is one of the most expensive cities here that’s why

Absolutely loving following you in Miami. Used to stay on Key Biscayne over 30 years ago, and would go to the Rusty Pelican to watch the dolphins! @@gracedagostino5231 Organic cost way more than non-organic anywhere. In Miami it's going to be even worse. I am in Michigan, at the premium grocery store in my town, extra large non-organic eggs are $2.50, organic eggs are $5. Walmart is worse, $6.14 for organic eggs and $1.54 for non-organic in my town. Coupons and deals on the apps for many grocery stores will also cut down on the prices.
