Lip and tongue ties are VERYYY common issue with newborns. Definitely makes feeding super tough and makes breastfeeding excruciating!! Luckily it's something they don't remember and hardly hurts them. It's such a fast process and doesn't hurt them AT ALL!!

Under my baby tongue he has it tied. But they told me if he latches on ok they don't need to cut it he's going to be 3 months on the 12th.

My son had the same. Dr snipped in office but it grew back together. So he had to go for surgery & it had to b stitched so it couldn’t grow back together. He did fine but it’s always scary when ur baby needs surgery.
