Girl your so blessed, Quan is a great father! I did that every single night and every single day all by myself, there was no someone watching him while I took a shower I had to bring his swing or bouncer in the bathroom with me and took like 3 min showers all the while checking to see if he was crying 😂 so it's definitely blessed to have a partner to help you!!!

One thing that helped with my middle daughter when she was having tummy problems, was a warm wash cloth in like a sandwich baggy, i put it between her onesie and pjs. i hope this helps. You guys are doing amazing!

You guys are doing great! Mom of 3 here and I breastfed all of mine for at least a year each. I want to encourage you, it does get easier, everything does, the sleepless nights, the exhaustion 😩! In the meantime make sure you are eating enough “heavy foods”, and try and stay clear of foods that make you “gassy”- like broccoli and beans. If you eat heavier it will make him more full and last a bit longer. Also, the gas medicine for babies works wonders, I exclusively breastfed my last and when you breastfeed they burp less, but the gas still builds up over time and it hurts them. Again, you guys are doing awesome, keep up the good work 💕

Sometimes gas can make their little tummies hurt and they can be fussy❤. 2. Make sure he doesn't get his days mixed up with his nights.
