hello,from Vancouver Island Canada.. just clicked on your other video regarding cooking muskovy duck..omg your breast and greens looked delicious, I will soon be harvesting my first muskovy(ever) ! mabey 2 drakes need to come down before winter..they are approx 4 months now ..we have 4 females and 6 males ..so we will even out the flock ..hopefully get some more females in the spring (now) would be better..but you know how it goes .. omg this video (harvest room) got me so pumped! your guys set up is amazing! we have all these stupid regulations here and only 2( abitors) not shure about the spelling of that word ..(butchers lol or called licensed kill facilities.. any meat sold off your land must be labeled as (dog food ) or not for human consumption..it's kinda sad really.. so I've been doing pressure canning and some other (trading ) or by donations for friends and family in out little community.. we use a app called (telegram ) not shure if you have heard about it. but it's pretty cool , it's got lots of homesteading information, you can share videos and content and chat in (secret) or free of (censorship ) I'm going to show my daughter your video. she's about to turn 6 and is very involved in our homesteading.. we follow people like ,wrangle star , deep south homesteading, guildbrook farm , zombie farmer, Jack sprirco .. the list goes on .. have you herd or takota Coen? he's out of Alberta Canada, he's got some cool information about feeding animals duck weed , and the types of meat that come from all the natural fresh water shrimp . anyway on telegram I'm (Stephen g ) and my daughter secora will subscribe to you and leave some comments.. we have rabbits coming down soon . but I will post your videos in telegram..
