quarter life crisis is a serious problem..but take it too seriously will just make you more confuse about it.. while you're searching what you wanna do, what is your purpose in life, it's better if you trying many things, come out from your comfort zone, meet new people, collect as many as experience you can..then slowly but sure, you will find what you are looking for.. the point is..don't give up. be brave. keep challenging yourself. thank u for this video gita and paul.

I'm 25 yo and turning 26 soon. I'm experiencing the same thing as Paul. Previously, my contemplation was only about career and how to get bunch of money but now I am growing and becoming more mature. I wanna be better person in personality terms, I wanna love myself more, appreciate myself more, spread more positive vibes to myself, fulfill my surounding by positive vibes, and love the earth more. There is a lot of things outside my comfort zone, outside my cycle, outside my country, outside my society. I wanna learn more and gain more valuable or precious moments not only material things.

What I can conclude from their conversation is find your purpose in life. You don't have to work in the same line of your bachelor degree is, but you can combine it with something you really love!

Dampak social media bagi yang mengalami quarter life crisis emang fatal banget ya, selain bisa menyebabkan insecure juga membuat mental kita bener2 down, dan ya perjalan hidup tidak bisa dibandingkan, pada dasarnya setiap orng memiliki tujuan hidup masing2 selagi masih ada waktu untuk melakukan experience do it and don't be afraid to fail :)

Umur saya 18 tahun. Baru lulus SMA tahun lalu. Teman-teman saya udh pada kuliah, sedangkan saya belum. Saya masih berjuang SBMPTN 2019. Seringkali saya iri ngeliat mereka. Saya juga takut banget gagal lagi tahun ini. Tapi saya selalu berusaha menyemangati diri sendiri dgn berpikir, "gaada kata 'telat kuliah'. Kuliah bisa kapan aja. Ga mesti lulus kuliah umur 22-23. Waktu gap year kamu juga ga sia2 kok. Kamu bisa kerja atau ngerintis usaha dan jadi relawan kegiatan2 sosial, bisa belajar hal lain juga selain belajar utk ujian masuk PTN." Alhamdulillah ortu saya juga ga pernah menekan saya harus jadi begini atau begituu. Thankyou sekali kak gita & kak paul atas videonya!💞

Saya percaya bukan tentang Universitas nya tapi tentang pribadinya. Saya selalu bilang alhamdulillah, jika saya gak merantau, kuliah, hidup mandiri, mungkin pribadi saya masih seperti teman-teman, nongkrong, minta uang terus, hingga pergaulan bebas. everything that you guys told us about really hit me, like a lot. i mean, every single thing you were talking about are true, for me at least. i felt it, too. i felt a pressure of the life system, how the routines makes me want to run away from my life, how my life is so boring to live on, and another thousand things, that unfortunately, not really a positive topics to think about. i feel like i can't really expose my truly self, the thoughts which only happen on my mind and never comes out from it. sometimes, i do think that i want to know more. i want to experience more. i want to spend my life more interesting and exciting than this. but somehow, i do feel there's a barrier that i can't push it yet. maybe it's my surroundings, or maybe it's myself. the dream about stepping out from comfort zone always comes to mind, and hope i can do better and achieve it in a future forward.

I'm 22, people said 22 time to enjoy our life, but the reality I met my quarter life crisis 'maybe' earlier than my friends. I tried to do my freshgradute life just like others and spread out how happy I am finished my bachelor faster than others, finding a job so I can afford more, but my personal and family life get suck. So I quit and decided to left my comfort zone. I started my business, dreams, living my own life but after all I knew my comfort zone save me too much. I found bunch of things drag me down like a daily life, I lost my bestfriend, my master degree scholarship in Korea, few job opportunities, and more. But when realised now, seeing how brave I am right now to stand on my self, I found that this stressing out feeling even much better than my comfort zone. So let's fight for your way guys, you are on your way.

lived in Japan for approximately 6 months through an exchange program, and things that kak gita&paul have said is very relatable. for 17 years that I have lived, I didn't spend most of it to get to know myself. I got lucky, got this chance to go abroad and it shifted the way I see both myself and my life. it gives me purpose (or did I just find my purpose there?). If it wasn't for the exchange program, I think i would still be my same self who doesn't even know what I wanted to be. well, not that now I know exactly what I wanted to be, but I am getting there at least. I'm about to face the university life now, hoping that this new phase will help me shape my visions of what I want to become, hope it help to shape myself too. glad that you bring up this issue kakgit❣️

Btw paul say if he's poor if you poor you dont take doctor major cause it's too expansive lol when i was in high school my goals is wanna being a doctor cause i wanna help people when them sick sometime them haven't money go to doctor or buy medicine cause of financial. Before my mom passed away,when me and my mom go to doctor them bit ignored us cause we're dont have bpjs. We had to arrange a letter before entering the hospital even though my mother was almost dying. It made me mad so much how can they do it and they took care of my mother a little badly. When my mom passed away,my ambition changed not being doctor anymore, now i feels like i dont have home again,and i feel like broken home it's make me sad so deep. Sometimes i feel depression cause my mom passed away and my family have huge secret if my dad who's taking care of me is stepfather. Im always depressed till now cause im poor and my real dad not responsible with me. I really hope if my dad will finance me go to collage but he's said it's better to open business. I agreed with his opinion but i never learn about business. I wanna go to college and work part time but getting job isn't easy. Now my goals and my ambiton changed i just hope i can feel fine. Just it
