They have salt shakers next to the menu items that exceed the daily recommendation for salt. Feel like they can accomplish the same quality food with adding less than 2,000 mg of sodium

The first time I had Olive Garden, I was absolutely obsessed with their fettuccine alfredo. The last time I went, my sister and I ate so much of the salad and breadsticks lol, completely forgetting to save room for the main course, had to take half of my spaghetti home, which I'd actually ordered for the first time, and it wasn't bad, just wish that it wouldn't have been so watery, definitely tasted a lot of black pepper too. A GREAT recommendation, btw would be Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, their food is ABSOLUTELY delicious!

Try Chilis or Cotton Patch if u like southwestern and country style foods. Prices pretty reasonable at our local C.P. Food is always delicious.

If you have an Outback Steakhouse around there, give it a try. Dont fill up on the bread, try the bloomin onion for the app, and the spiked peach frozen drinks are delicious!

We went to Texas Roadhouse for our oldest daughter's birthday and it was some of the best food we ever had. Red Lobster is another favorite, my husband and I always get the Admiral's Feast.

Chain restaurants to check out: Firebirds for sure, Bojangles, hmmmm, or Gyu-Kaku vs Seoul BBQ’s 😅 I dislike to continue the rivalry here lmao but I’ve always been curious about the overall price differences vs meal type. I’ve been to both, & would consider Seoul technically cheaper, but they charge high fees for any leftovers! This is why I haven’t gone “all out” there yet. Edit: Gyu-Kaku is Japanese while Seoul is Korean style BBQ.

I have an expression, "Corporate Restaurants." They will spend a billion dollars figuring ways to scrimp a dollar fifty out of each plate. My motto, "Don't eat in restaurants," learn nutrition, exercise self control. Don't eat seed oils, the machine oil of the industrial revolution, they renamed them "vegetable oil." They have to raise the temperature over 1,000 degrees to get the stink out of it. Don't eat processed food, the carp sold with fifty ingredients you never heard of. Buy real food and prepare it yourself. Eat a lot less carbohydrates, even less sugar. Move toward eliminating sugar from your diet. That is a simplistic start. Learn nutrition. I expect to live up to 30 years longer, and to not have all the diseases that plague people, force them to have a dozen prescription medications. I expect to avoid much of the sources of dementia. I am disabled, injured, but I just physically wore my body out. I may rehabilitate. If I fail, I will have a shorter life. Don't damage your body and expect to fix it later.
