when was the last time you picked up a science book? do you know that einstein was skeptical about quantum mechanics and never believed in it? but in science there is no authority, having peer reviews, empirical evidence is important.

they only know what 1:1 was told to them. they dont have their own ideas. if the book says piss on the floor and god will like you they would do it.

Proof in a court of law is on reasoned basis. God is taken on faith. Real science is peer reviewed. God, being outside of nature, is beyond peer review. You are comparing apples and imaginary oranges.

God is taken on faith in Christianity. sadly most western atheists generalize Christianity to all religions. in Islam we use the word emaan which is usually translated as faith but it actually means "rational conviction". while i am someone who works in a scientific domain and i love science, people have too much blind faith in science the very thing they accuse of others. i.e. science will be able to do this and that. also how many times a peer reviewed research has been overturned by a better model?

@@richardbradley1532 and also there's a question of right and wrong science can't answer these questions, it can only explain the natural phenomena through models. Are we progressing the right way? Has it wrongly impacted humans, society and planet. All we can see is progress through the eyes of science and general decline in well-being of humans, society and planet as a whole.
