I think the Johnny "Keys" Simone story is the greatest story ever told, told in the best way a man could ever tell it. I had goosebumps for the whole thing. It's like I was in the back of that van with Sammy. The man is just a brilliant storyteller.

My father knew Johnny Keys very well. My father was Angelo Bruno's godson, and both my father and grandfather were soldiers in the Bruno family. My father was VERY old school mafioso, very tight lipped, hated the flashy mafia members like JG. I remember him saying "today they all want to be celebrities". That was back in 1996. He died in 2019 at the age of 86. Hated talking on phones. Used to drive me crazy when I was in the car with him, "Always watch your mirror". He had me making lefts and rights whenever he thought we were being tailed. Always paid for everything. Everything was on him when he went out with his family. Didn't have any friends, just his family. Didn't trust anyone outside his circle. He was the last of the Mohicans and I miss him every day.

The Johnny Keys story was probably the most riveting story I've ever heard! The little ambience music in the background DID help, so kudos to whoever is producing these things.

Hearing Sammy the bull speak you could tell why he rose so high in the ranks of the Italian American mafia…he’s super sharp at 75. Imagine how sharp he was at 30-40

After listening to these stories for months. It’s crazy how friggin complicated this life was. It’s chess not checkers. You have to think every word and action through and every possible variable/outcome that could happen under the sun. It’d be so stressful to live this way. There is nothing better on KZfaq Netflix HBO showtime Cinemax or any other network on TV. KZfaq struck gold when they started working with Sammy the Bull Gravano. He tells a story like no one else. I can not stop watching his videos and podcast.

Wow, just wow. I have been addicted to this channel for about a week. I watched dozens and dozens of videos but the story of Johnny keys hit so different. I'm a completely straight laced person, save for a few embellishments here or there my tax returns. I'm not affiliated with anyone who's affiliated with anything criminal. I have to say however, this story of Johnny keys and how Sammy developed such respect and adoration for what this man believed in and how he conducted himself knowing that he was going to die, so moving and so touching, so poignant that I cried. Wow. It's the principle of a man standing for and living his conviction, even when he is the loser of the day. Life is fragile, conviction while you residing in it is everything.

Sammy, your storytelling is better than most of the books I have read. I cannot wait for episode 9 to come out.

These stories are unusually good. I'm finding they are an emotional roller coaster....anxiety, sadness, suspense....I'm a little choked up at times, crossing my arms, holding my breath, shifting in my chair and hanging on every word.

I worked for Simone's relative who was in the life and retired to Hawaii and opened a Pizzaria there (Oahu) great guy. Absolutely nutz. Married a woman named Mary who was 20 years younger than him. He hated Hawaii and moved to Florida to be closer to family and died of a heart attack soon after.
