In ghost incounters PAIRS , they said that spirits don't have any language barrier, they can understand u by the vibrations of ur every words. Also they can make u feel depressed/sad, literally can control ur emotions..and make u feel how they felt . U can experience a negative vibe in that room or if u enter in that room with happy mind ,after getting inside u will be back with negative feelings and feel like not to do anything or too tired to leave that room to go outside

NGL ...but when you live alone in new city on your own n experience st like this ,it scares the hell out of you, n you start playing Hanuman chalisa.😭 Ok so I'll share my experience I was living in Kota preparing for my JEE mains the hostel where I used to live was a boys hostel previously so now it has changed into a girls hostel I was just finished my High school. Here I would like to add that I am very sensitive to energies around me whether its positive or negative I can feel it. The moment I step my foot in the room I could send someone presence I could see a black shadow floating around at the top of the bathroom from the corner of my eye and I thought that it must be some weham... So after like few months I got this weird sleep paralysis where I saw so many figures black shadows holding on to me one of the man a black shadow man he was sitting on my chest and was laughing seeing me worried and wasn't able to breathe. And a woman who was stroking my hair and was saying' don't you worry everything will be okay' I couldn't move but I could feel the presence of all of them later I opened my eyes somehow and was able to breathe through my blanket. After getting some courage I got up and checked the clock ⏰ it was around 3 am. And I knew it what time is it when it's 3:00 a.m. the first thing I did was open my door and stood on the corridor. For a second I was unable to understand what is happening n what is not happening. I didn't knock the door of my neighbour student , who lives right in front of me. Instead of that I called my mother but since it was 3:00 a.m. my mother was sleeping and she didn't even care lol. At that moment of time I just knew that I had to go inside and if I don't I will be scared for the rest of my life and I don't want that energy to see me getting scared. I gathered some courage went inside turned on the light and the first thing that I did was to check under the bed . Nobody was there. That morning I slept with my lights on. After that I realised that there was some pudiya or something that was tied on my bed. I don't know what it was it was tied in a red cloth. Later I shared the same experience on the dining hall to one of my junior. Hand she was a junior the rumours spend like crazy... Which was kind of good because other students they started sharing the same experience. And I realise that there are things that are happening in this hostel. Everyone said that they have seen these black shadows from the corner of their eyes or in their sleep through sleep paralysis... Which is the reason why they all have some Tabeez tied on their arms . Since that day I also have a Tabeez around my neck and I started reciting Hanuman chalisa day and night. After that incident nothing happened w me. And I am so thankful to Hanuman Ji who saved me I am not a completely devoted to God type of person. But I do believe in positive energies and if there is a positive there is always a negative. After that experience I realised that I am very sensitive to the energies I also experienced another negative energy or a black shadow when I moved to my college after my mains exams. I used to tell my friend that I am seeing something in the washroom of our hostel some black figure of a girl this time... Specially we use to stay a late at night around 3:00 a.m. I used to go to the bathroom all alone or maybe sometimes I go to fill up my water bottle . So in the ground floor there is this huge dining hall and at night of course it's closed but you can see inside it through the windows. One night I went to fill up my water bottle and that night when I was standing right under a tube light it started blinking like shit n it happened everytime I went close to it. ...so I walked past it so fast. My friend also experienced someone's presence in the hostel which was huge hostel. Feeling of someone following,sleep paralysis , n sometimes slipping on floor .It was crazy . When all these events were on peak COVID happened n we went back to our homes now we all are graduates, working , in new cities. .. Thee are lots of things happened in college,,, Also this podcast/ videonwas really cool. Would love to listen more❤

Happened with me in Busan! I started new work and new room. I only worked three days all the month i was sick, i felt someone presence and someone choked my neck. And my two Moroccan friends who lived in separate rooms but same house they also said same thing they saw something. The day i left the room next month i was totally fine 😥

I ve many n really scariest experience.. I ve no idea which one was the scariest..but yes ghost do exist..once I scare that much I ran out of my house I was newly married n was alone it was afternoon n went to kitchen for my lunch n suddenly I felt someone is roaming around some kind of black shadow n suddenly that thing standing behind me to harm me or something I was scared like hell n I ran out of my house n called my hubby to come fast. After few days one more incident which is more than that at night we were sleeping my hubby was sleeping but mujhe neend nhi aarhi thi was just lying down n eyes band karrakhi thi n suddenly baki ke khali bed pe kissi ne bohot jor se bed pe kissi cheez se hit Kiya some kind of bamboo or something that hit felt like it was for me I feel that vibration of hitting n that air ahh... I swear i was almost dead 😢

I personally experienced it so... I don't need any proof!

Moral of the story achi lgi 😊

That shower thing also happened to me... That happened in hostel,so i was taking bath facing against the wall, scrubbing my body and suddenly someone touch/tap my back, I got barawala goosebumps😂 and after that i just splash water over my body and goes to my room(don't know how well i rinse my body that day)😂 People says that our hostel is haunted (they don't harm but stays with us).

If possible di light camphor and dhoop always even if you have changed the room for betterment and safety still it’s required to take precaution around.
