Hi everyone, this video is my review of the Oura ring (fitness device tracker) and I give you all of the information I feel like are usefull if you are thinking about getting one. I kept going back and forth on getting the ring, but the only thing that i want it for is for cycle tracking, if it takes the guessing game out of the equation, knowing when i’ll get my period makes it worth it tbh.

Hi! I'd say that cycle tracking is THE most important feature for me personally. Definitely a game changer, but you need to know that you will have to pay for the monthly fees for OURA and a subscription to Natural Cycle to be able to use it for that purpose, so keep that in mind :)

Hi Mary! Awesome video. I’ve had quite a few issues with sizing. I wish it came in half sizes. One question, if you don’t mind answering, what is your normal ring size and what size did you end up going with in Oura?

Hi! I had the same problem with sizing, I usually wear size 7 and went with size 8. One of the best recommandation I have would be to get a size that you can use on more than one finger if that is possible (I use my index or middle fingers). Hope that helps!

I did the same. I just got mine this week. I am a ring size 8 and based on the sizing kit I needed a 9. The 9 fits great on my index and middle finger for both hands.

Good video! Is there a stress management feature (like the Ringconn smart ring has)? I know originally they didn’t have this feature with Oura but heard that with recent updates there’s a way to track the stress levels? Is this true?

If you had to choose one, which would pick?

Hi :) it depends on what is most important to you. I wouldn't choose only one or the other because my Apple Watch serves as an extension of my cellphone (although I would be okay not using it for any fitness-related tasks). As for the Oura Ring, I LOVE the cycle tracking feature, which is not as easy to use with my watch. If you're looking to gain more knowledge about your sleep, rest, or want to track your cycle, I'd recommend going with the Oura Ring. On the other hand, if you're focused on tracking fitness and having an extension of your iPhone, I'd suggest going with the Apple Watch! I hope this helps answer your question :)
