Well, to be fair to the game's difficulty curve, you *did* kinda sequence break it a little, but then again that's intentionally left vague and part of the experience (and the Siege Engine is hard regardless). Fantastic work, glad you're enjoying it so far It's very much one of those "you get one blind playthrough" sort of games, so it's always interesting seeing folks' approach to it

When my friends told me to don't underestimate this game like healing with cute characters and designs, I thought he meant this would be kinda rough to solve puzzles and explore. Well, there were puzzles, and we had to explore the world with the map and some clues, but now I know that's not what he meant. This is the story of a cute little fox fighting like hell with a bunch of mobs. It's unexpected, but even in its cute, peaceful vibe, the intense action part is really well made and satisfying. The sword, bomb, and use of magic give us cool options how to fight with the mobs. It was fun and adorable when you used fire magic while saying "Gun!" On top of that, I think the best part of this game is the manual we found through the whole map. Gathering those pages, like following breadcrumbs, becomes the objective to clear the game, but that's not the whole point of it, I guess. Information from the guide book about lore, items, the system of the game, and most importantly, the map, is very useful and essential to playing the game. While we were playing the game, going back and forth to find out where we were, trying to figure out how to upgrade stats, and how to use tools, it reminded me of the old days of playing games with physical copies. To make the player reminisce about old memories of playing games full of excitement and joy. That's how I felt about it. So wonderful. There's gonna be so many hidden rooms, grinding, and maybe boss battles that could make you really exhausted, but I have a good feeling it will be really fun, just like the fun we had today. Lovely and nice start for this week. I'm really glad you finished all your assignments. No pressure of deadlines must make you feel so free. Also, it's happy that there will be a nice family reunion this weekend. So happy for you. Now rest well, and good night. Hope you can sleep well by yourself soon. I truly hope so. See you tomorrow.

Pure weaponized nostalgia with a good dose of derpiness for good measure. Deadly and adorable at the same time. I’d say that the contrast with your opening tangent is going to be hard to beat but I fear that you might take it as a challenge, a challenge that you’d love… I shudder just thinking about it... Sometimes I feel a bit bad when you struggle against a boss, but I want to think that the crab fight was cosmic retribution for all the unrequited mental images that you wanted to share with us. I’m sure the game has a lot more exciting surprises for you, so fell free to prepare more nightmare fuel for the next one. In the end, it all balances out.

I'm honestly super impressed with Kronii's skill. I relied heavily on the magic dagger to kill the siege engine. She was also able to intuit a fair bit of the hidden lore/mechanics while barely looking at the manual

I have to commend the performace against the Guard Captain boss. Genuine first try. I think I got him under ten attempts or thereabouts. Also, a respectable performance against the Garden Knight. I think she defeated him in fewer attempts than I did, as well. The Siege Engine proved to be a tougher wall but You cannot overlook the low upgrades. I only needed two tries to defeat it but I did that fight after getting the blue key.

Started watching this stream thinking it'd be comfy and cute but those tangents at the start were cursed and _not_ family-friendly. If you enjoy this, you're just a hop and a skip away from playing Souls games on stream, but I understand the perms for how they can be streamed are a pain in the neck.

@@catmage the constant need to check out the book for knowing what a item icon even did like the gas mask you can put on for example. Going in and out that menu and trying to find the right page for anything really. It's a short game, like 13 hours. I just didn't really enjoy it all that much was all.
