I find it funny how he simply couldn’t be bothered to get himself angry in a silly petty argument of a girl. Love how chill he is! It’s also the perfect way to handle discipline. Remaining calm, while still having authority and being firm. Even when she kept interrupting him,he was quick to correct her. He does it in such a calm and collected way. The best way to calm anyone down is if they get louder, you get quieter. Argumentative people get gratification from the drama of the situation. Remaining patient while still being firm is exactly what a teacher should be like.

I won't lie, I've watched the full episode that centred around both Molly and her sister Charlotte. At the time this was filmed they were experiencing some difficulties at home due to their parents divorce, both of who had started new families which essentially caught them in the middle. Both of the girls came to school with a bit of an attitude, but I think its always important to keep that in mind that kids may have other stuff going on that inevitably impact their learning!! Mr Drew did exactly that and offered Molly both he support and structure that she may have been missing in her life. What and an excellent teacher!!!!

Like how she said I’ll see you at break time, will you be here and he’s says “I’ll always be here for you” I actually love that only if teachers at my school where like that

I feel her sm like I genuinely understand how she’s feels because I’ve had this exact moment in school before too and it’s so frustrating like your trying to speak for yourself to a teacher and it’s like talking to a brick wall

I do find it interesting seeing the emoitions. Like things people do when they're angry and losing their temper. Stamping their feet etc. I know this guy would get in my head being as calm as he is haha
