Devon and Cornwall play host to a chilly Winters road trip trip and includes sunset surfing in Woolacombe, beach side wild camping, Tintagel Castle, waterfalls at St Nectans Glen and even 24 hours in Glastonbury on our way out and sample the healing powers in the beautiful and mystical Victorian pump house 'The White Spring', (next to Chalice Well), beneath the legendary Glastonbury Tor.

At Tintagel is a carpark next to King Arthur's Inn, where van dwellers can park over night for £5 a night. There's also a back packers B&B which is cheap hidden down a little side street. Every weekend during winter, in the local village hall, is a record and CD sale which is HUGE and just full of wonderful music and again so cheap. The crystal shop is so much cheaper than anything you'll find in Glastonbury. In Glastonbury and Tintagel it's well worth checking out the charity shops, I've found some real bargains in them. Near Tintagel is a beach called Trebarwith which I think is one of the best beaches in the world it is possible to walk there from Tintagel using the coastal footpath. Two other beaches worth visiting is Tregardock and Strangles, both wonderful but it's a bit of a walk to get to them. Just up the coast from Tintagel is Boscastle, just a peach of a place to visit and has a fabulous museum of witchcraft.

Hello Andy, Lyndsey and lil bleu, great video , lovely part of the Island, Glastonbury is my most favourite place in the world. I would usually stay and sleep on the Tor for about a week. Next time you're there, take a trip to wearily hill , it still has the thorn that Joseph of Arimathea put his staff into the ground when he arrived. Lyndsey, I think you looked like a lady ninja in your wetsuit and hood, hope the hood kept out the cold. Take care, safe travels.

If you want onsite camping near Newquay go to Trevella Holiday Park, Crantock, their hardstanding with shower pods are fantastic we were there in October!!! Great video as always, thank you!!

Wow!!! What a journey! Instow is so dear to our hearts, as you know my family and I used to staycay there for about 4 years consecutively. The place is stunning! You've treated us to some stunning scenery in this one! The stone shop lady was do knowledgeable and we got to witness Lyndseys true energy learning about that stone type. The White Spring was just magical! Beautiful cinematography in there and the sunsets in Instow. Amazing stuff! Thank you for that big adventure ❤

Oh no, sorry Gary, not sure what's happened there mate? Not heard of anyone else with the same problem. We did have a glitch where the first couple of minutes is mono not stereo but then otherwise OK....Hopefully you can try again later and hear it. Fingers crossed coz it's a good'en

wow, that brought back some memories. Hidden valley was the last site me and mum stayed on in our motorhome before she passed. we had been to pentewan a few days before where , for the first time since she became ill, she managed to get from the van to the water and was so thrilled.Something I'll always remember. It was a lovely site. Loved your video. Some amazing scenery and I just loved your enthusiasm. Bessy regs-Kenny.

Another ace trip. My daughter and i went to Tintagel in August. Was so busy. We walked down, around and back up. Was shattered back at the top, was a hot day. Did you get the Landrover back? Great as always, keep them coming.

A good surf beach head for Llangennith gower pernisola and rossili beach my fav beach in south Wales worms head to the right and burry holmes to the left a 5 mile beach in between

I know it's annoying to have to pay to go into places like the Abbey at Glastonbury but think about where the money goes... quite a few people get employment there, that costs and there isn't many jobs in the area, the gardens in the grounds need looking after, the place has to be maintained, there are people on site (not all the time), who are dressed in costume who tell the history of the place, the place is kept clean and tidy, and included in the ticket price is a museum that gives one a lot of history about the Abbey. If it was open to the public there'd be graffiti everywhere and litter too, not to mention vandalism of the ruins ..... so which would you prefer ? The Abbey looked after and protected or a total mess ????

Hey Julie, great question as in fact, we couldn’t find ‘the right van’ for us as such so we worked with Trekk Vans in Carlisle with the design and had our panel van converted for us. We couldn’t be happier with it 🥰🙌
