‘Out of control’: Hotels in New York bringing in over $1 billion by housing migrants

According to the New York Post New York City hotels housing migrants have brought in over "$1 billion in taxpayer's funds" since converting their buildings into migrant shelters, says Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
"New York City is spending an average of $US156 per room, per night, on hotel rooms that house migrants," Ms De Giorgio said.
"Where do you draw the line here? This is out of control."
Ms De Giorgio was joined by Author Douglas Murray to discuss New York's migrant hotels.

This is a fundamental failing of liberal democracy.. People keep voting for more government and more government handouts until the economy crashes. Restricting voting rights to qualified taxpayers may alleviate this problem. The US could abolish the whole executive branch of the Federal Government and improve the functioning of the government and save the hapless taxpayers a large amount of money.

NY Post released a list of some but left off one that I ran into so I emailed them earlier with the information. It is the former Marriott Fairfield Inn located at 29-27 40th Road in LIC. It's boarded up now and looks like Latin America there.

One billion of federal taxpayer dollars. But that's OK we won't raise your taxes, America can just print more money. It is time that people realize that INFLATION IS THE TAX. Through inflation you are supporting illegal migrants, foreign wars and endless federal programs (both here and abroad). My grocery bill has doubled since 2020. I spend $50 more for groceries every week. That is a $2,600 dollar tax. Why do we accept this? Why would anyone vote blue? You are right out asking for more inflation and federal government control of your lives.

All you have to do is go to the booking site for said hotels and see they are booked out infinitum. There is YT videos showing this. I saw one in California that has fencing all around it to keep nosies from seeing what is happening. In this hotel, buses pull up full of migrants and get shuttled onto the rooms. 3 meals a day, and it is a 4 star resort. Actually they are advertising for jobs. I think they have a high turnaround of employees LOL.

I built some of those hotels. I know these people and they got very wealthy in the last few years. They were billionaires before all this and they were building those hotels right before COVID. They got a windfall of money. It is mostly Indian people. The good kind. I liked them. They worked very hard doing this. I am no longer working there because they will not give you the proper salary. They will leave you with half of a normal salary and give you the freedom to hustle to make extra money. This is what the English did to them. The Indians were familiar with this whole business from the English who emptied their pockets during colonialism. They would be damned if they were going to let the Americans do it to them. So they came over here to do to us what the English did to them. This is all a kind of revenge for when England bankrupted India. The English made their currency worthless at one point. Total bankruptcy. I'm glad they made money. I'd like them more if they would pay people better. It is kind of like a mafia. They are billionaires 2x over.
