Italian sausage (sliced) - 2
Onion (sliced) - 1
Zucchini (sliced) - 1
Mushrooms (sliced) - ½ cup
Tomatoes (sliced) - 2
Jalapeno (sliced) - 1
Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
Cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
Salt & pepper - to taste
Rosemary
Olive oil

1. Slice potatoes hasselback style
2. Fill 'em up with sliced sausage and veggies (It's a potato potluck, folks! 🍽️🥔)
3. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, garlic, and cheese
4. Place a rosemary on top and wrap 'em in foil
5. Time for the skillet (Don't forget to add some water to the skillet to prevent burning, ½ cup should do it ). Bake on medium heat for 30-40 min or until potatoes are ready.
