Hello friends! In today's video I'm showing you how the outside of our house got a makeover! It's amazing what a fresh coat of new paint can do to dramatically change a space. Included in this video is how we transformed the look of our front porch and balcony with new plants, decor and more. I hope you enjoy this video and get ideas for your own space! I may not have a yard anymore, but I'm working with what I have to turn it into a relaxing and beautiful mini oasis.

Yes, Brittany I agree with you. Even though thank the good Lord I own my own home now (but every rental I’ve ever lived was home beautiful for me an my kids). I love 💕 love 💕 watching this channel and often watch over & over 😂… blessed

Pretty. Flowers are annuals which are good for 1 season. Perennials come up again year after year. Love how resourceful you are.

I loved doing things when I was renting, I painted the walls once and got in so much trouble!! I have always loved color. Once the owner say the whole finished area, he was shocked how the space looked and paid for the paint. I love that you show others how live beautifully in a rental. Such a great job. The plants you used are called annuals. Perennials come back each year. Annuals last one season. Love everything you have done.

Natalia - You did a wonderful job!!!! Everything looks so cozy and beautiful. Spray painting the door hardware was a great choice and I love how you turned your balcony patio into a cozy retreat!!!! Girl, you out did yourself! The colors are all perfect. So I have a planting tip I saw recently. Instead of taking the plants out of the pot that they came in, you would first put them in the container that you plant to use to replant them in. Then fill the dirt in around the temporary pots. Once you have the dirt packed in, removed the pot/plant out of your planter. You are then left with the perfect depth hole to transfer your plant from the temporary pot into your own planter. Then you can finish topping off with the dirt. Obviously you will do the same of loosening the soil around the roots first before transplanting them to your pot. Hope that makes sense. Enjoy your beautiful space! I am sure the neighbors are probably jealous! ;) You inspire me every single time! Hugs!!!
