With it being a simple restoration only repairing and cleaning up what was needed it turned out nicely. Would love to see any future follow up restortation to this place. It needs family like yourself taking care of it and bringing it back to what your grandfather originally had it be.

This was wonderful to watch. I loved your dog, the squirrels, the beautiful bed cover and curtains, the way you could use a small pruning saw to saw through all those planks, the way you fixed the well and the beautiful ice cold clear water you brought up and the delicious mashed potato, cheese and meat dish you cooked! I could almost feel the lovely heat from the stove. I don't know how you could stand the cold outside without mitts on and I don't think the bed looked very comfortable. I'm sure you could make a mattress with the straw though! I so loved how everything was reused and recycled. Warmest greetings from New Zealand.
