If someone gave me an attitude after not being rude but simply telling him he needs a helmet. In fact his dad should have known better. Don’t care if you have a mental illness or not. Kiss your quad goodbye.

I don't understand why anyone would think being a smartass to a cop (especially when hes being cool) is a good idea? All that was completely unnecessary. Sometimes cops can obviously be jerks, but thats not a hood time to be a smartass either. Go file a complaint after if you feel its necessary. But going the "contempt of cop" route isnt smart!
