Sir 1 questions tha k sir, column making k kaise krte hai site p sir if 1m by 1m column size ho..to kaise shuttering cutting krte hai which size k... please make video on this sir....

I agree with your concept But in this mentioned situation the column vertical reinforcement also displaced from the actual position so how to take them in actual position I mean its 70 mm shifted, but as we mention cover 40 mm than the starter can't be set, so how to rectify that ?

column vertical shifted only 30 mm. We have to provide joggling to maintain 40mm cover after starter shuttering is fixed.

Doka formwork is not on my site. Doka platform was used I made a video on it. If i find an opportunity ill definitely make.

Micro concrete is a special concrete without the 10mm and 20mnm aggregate it is made by special polymer admixture so as to get the flowability and high strength

Sir 1 questions tha... Door bell k liye Metal box fit krna tha but 2no side RCC column hai to kaise column ko cut kr k Metal box fit kiya jayega...k bhad me door bell switch board fit kiya jaye....kya column cut krna sahe hoga...modular box k size k hisaab s.... brick work nhi hai 2 no side sir... please reply what to do

casting ke pehle box fix karna hota hai. abhi utna chip karke fit karo.

Sir agar 15 to 20 mm agar starter utar raha hai tho usko repair karna chaiyeh yeh it's acceptable..?

What is micro concrete?

micro concrete is a concrete with only cement and sand with chemical additives ised for repairing and grouting work. Main characteristics of micro concrete are that it is non shrink and flowable.
