Thanks for the great review! I had been thinking the addax-18 but believe the 25 paired with the Large Dendrite waist pack will make for a perfect edc combination for my needs. Any chance of a review on the Dendrite?

I am generally a larger pack user and I find the 25 to be awesome. I would be interested in the Cordura multicam too...both fit my style. I'm not sure what I would add to the Dendrite that I can't fit in the Addax. But my kit is fairlly paired down at this point. Thanks for watching!

I have the fat pack 5 by 8 gen 2 very cool still wanting either the trident 31or the ibex 35 also I just gotta get that cash yo. I like this bag wouldn’t be my bugout bag but it looks great for edc and I guess even for bugout could be a good greyman bag if u aren’t gonna carry the kitchen sink.

The Trident has treated me well...you could definitely rock it for an EDC or smaller bugout...nice day pack, etc. This Addax is more the commuter look...low profile and a bit more classy. Although I do like the black multicam option too!

I don’t have a problem with the design, just the way the fabric looks, and the colors. Vertx has the urban look down better, the fabric looks and feels better. All that said I broke down and ordered the dandrite, the Fanny pack that I use on my chest, although I got it in the cordura/ dark color.

That case is from Helikon-Tex "VIS" lineup. They make a bunch of velcro inserts. That one is the VIS Pencil Case. Hope that helps!

A very good Grey man look about them. They have copied the new rectangular trend like the anti-theft designs. So it will definitely not look out of place. I like the number of compartments and velcro. a good detailed review.

But they are no longer CCW bags, so what's "Vanquesty" about them? You can't have your "CCW pocket" be the same as the main pocket on your bags, that meakes them functiionally useless as bags for CONCEALED off body carry. What were they thinking? Look at all the show videos where the company reps present the new bags, you can see it on their face that every time they mention that the main compartment is "also" the CCW compartment, they know they messed up.

That’s a nice bag. I’m glad you didn’t “throw anyone under the bus” in this video. Doing such things isn’t nice and it’s a HUGE turn-off to people. If I’m ever in the market for a bag that my Jansport hiking bag can’t handle, I’ll consider this one. I like the features of the bag you’re reviewing.

Haha, I didn't say it in the video, but I was actually with Michael from Vanquest, wearing the Maxpedition Prepared Citizen bag when the straps just slipped. He witnessed the whole thing unfold right there...timing was epic.

Good review! Fan of Vanquest but after this review This bag is NOT really up to par with what I personally expect from them. Sounds noisy and seems well just something theown together without much thought. I do like the inside velcro liner but thats about it. I think, and again just my opinion, your Mexpedition bag was better than this one. Anyway thanks for the review.

It took you 6 minutes to get to showing the bag. You need to remember that not everyone has the attention span to watch someone blabber incoherently without plan. Presentation is key in order to maintain an audience. Getting upset at people pointing out your presentation flaws will only drive viewership away. I don't know if you care or not about your channel and who watches. Not everyone is in it for money or sponsors. But it's definitely something to think about. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice, but quite frankly my videos are what they are. If long then long... if blabber then blabber. My commentary and thought process is why I believe what I do about a product... it's my experience or feelings that led me to my conclusions. So if you actually put my discussion into context it will add to the review. If you just want pretty pictures of a product, I'm definitely not the channel for you. I don't do this for the views or subs...I do it to do it how I do it. Works for me and I'm happy with my content. But thanks for the suggestion, I do appreciate it.

@@outerlimitless Wasn't trying to come at you negatively. Just giving my opinion on why you get some of the comments that you do. I myself am a patient person and enjoy longer reviews. Especially when it's about knives! But it definitely sucks waiting to see/ hear about the product that we as viewers click on to watch. Glad you enjoy yourself and your content. In the end, this is your channel and what you feel is all that matters. Take care and stay safe.

@@pubplays368 Yes, and I hear you... but if you listened to what was being said, I explained what was happening at the time with the new lineup and the new lineup release. You can say it was "blabber incoherently" but my comments were actually accurate about people's initial reaction to the Urban Lineup. This video was over a year ago and if you were paying attention closely at the time, you'd realize my comments make sense. So again, you're just someone who wants pretty pictures of the bag and not an understanding of the brand and their thought process or the industry/ market reaction to their direction as a company. You might not care about that and that's fine, but it wasn't unplanned commentary or miss placed details... you just simply don't want to hear it and that is perfectly fine with me.

Whatever...it's a review/setup video. I show the bag...I show the features...I discuss my thoughts. My channel, my video. Like it or don't...my style is my style.
