@@imogenonscreen8054 Yes, thanks. Didn't occur to me. Definitely not a vanity thing because as a surgeon, she knows how crucial her eyesight would be to surgery. Don't know if you read the books but I just remembered there is a scene where after they return to Scotland and Jamie does get her her new glasses. 👍

on the other hand, those glasses from the 60s looked fabulous on her, while the 18th century version will look less so.

I thought about that on my second rewatch that it was weird she just stopped wearing them 😂

The children are older now so the time line is correct. Plus if you go back and watch episode 4 it displays 1980 when they first purchase the home so maybe a few months have gone by and it’s 1981 currently in the show. At the end of the day it’s just a show 😅 which will still be great even if the time line is off.

Not all. I had Lasik surgery about 20 years ago, and when they asked if I wanted to have it done so I would not need reading glasses, I declined. And it turns out that one eye has worsened over the years in just such a way that I don't need reading glasses. I have no idea what would have happened if I had accepted, but my doctor said it is possible that I would have needed them. You just never know how things will turn out.

If she posted those pictures it means she's been given the go-ahead from STARZ. They were taken nearly a year ago, after all.

@@enricospoti7031 you seem to be more worried than Starz is. If it was a problem, Starz would have made her mother take the photos down. They didn’t. It’s not a spoiler since Starz has pretty much provided us with all, if not most of the new cast members for season 7.
