I also tried that, but aiming all the mirrors is a lot of work 😀 Building a frame for the mirrors made it much better. Now I have a single 2.4m² concave mirror that can heat a cast iron dutch oven up to 215°C, roast chicken turns out great 👍

You need to use concave mirror to get best results not plane mirror because concave mirror concentrates more sunlight to one place, hence more heat is generated.
