The holy spirit is a gift frome the father in heaven. So ask the father in heaven in Jesus name that he baptized you with his holy spirit. Jesus spoke about it in John 14 to 16. But only who is born again like John 3 quotes will receive the spirit of Yahweh

To receive the gift of holy spirit, needs to read the Bible and be born again before we get the holy spirit. ❤

Just speak to him like a friend and talk to him. Tell everything to him and ask Holy spirit to lead you. Please read your Bible. God bless you
