It kinda looks as if you were the suspect speeding away, the blue shells chasing you in hot pursuit as cops, and the cameras like at 0:50 as helicopter news recording the whole thing.

@@LordofdeLoquendo the blue shells catch up to the player on corners that are too tight, and I'm pretty sure I've done all of the tracks that don't have super tight turns
