Outsmarting Crime with Swann | Swann Floodlight Security Camera Review

Күн бұрынUnboxing and review on the Swann Floodlight Security System. It’s got 2500 lumen floodlights, microphone and speaker for two way audio, alarm siren, True Detect PIR sensor for heat sensing motion detection, 1080p Full HD camera. It sends you a push notification and records video when motion with heat is detected. It records video in the local memory and cloud. The floodlights are dimmable and are strong enough to enable color night vision. The siren can also be left turned off and you can sound it manually via the app. I embedded some sample footage on my video.
The app is the ‘SAFE by Swann’, same app used by these other Swann cameras: Smart Security Camera, Outdoor Security Camera and Indoor Security Camera. See my other video reviews below.

Is the power always on since it's connected to power or how do you use it when I need my light on for my backyard?

Yes, you can turn on the light from the app and/or set it to come on from motion.

Yes, I have 4 setup on the same system, so I can view all from the same app. As long as you don't want/need an always on display like traditional DVRs, this is a great system.

Your video didn't cover modes within the app (like "home" mode, "away," and "night") so I assume Swan added the modes with a software update after you made this video. Is there a way to set the siren to be triggered for night mode only?

Mine will connect but at 60 percent n just keep buff n can't c a live photo age any help is appreciated

is the lights will always On even in day time when it detects sometihing?

It does come on in the daytime , no way to turn it off , but it only is on for a few minutes
