I love this design but I would like the kitchen to be towards the front of the house and more open and not behind a door. Is that possible to do in this house?

Awesome. But there should be a washroom, utility area and store room. Central courtyard could be landscaped with more greenary with grass and indoor plants.

Please can you prepare a plan for 40*60 East phasing plot.. It should consist as per below: Ground floor- Half parking and remaing house should be duplex until 1st floor. GF should consist of Big hall, 1Bedroom with attach Bathroom, Dining hall and kitchen and 1 common Toilet. 1st floor should have 4 Bedrooms with all attach Bathrooms, 1 hall, 1 small pantry area, 1 theatre room 2nd floor should consist of 3 houses of 2bhk for rent purpose. Additionally it should have lift, Generator area, little garden place
