Did you use the Part # GG connectors? I'm not exactly sure how they are to be used. Also, I recommend using a drill & Allen wrench bit so you don't have to tighten all these by hand. I put it all together in minutes doing so.

How are you adding the nut bolts to tighten? Mine don’t connect

The bolt should be able to connect to the nut pretty easy. Is it happening for all of them? If so, then it could be, they sent you the wrong set of bolts. Also, if you are assembling, the older model be aware that there are two different bolt sizes. The longer bolts are to connect the furniture pieces together, and the shorter bolts are too, attach the feet to the bottom of the furniture. If you are using the shorter bolts to connect the furniture pieces together, you are using the wrong bolts and they will not connect.

nothing had any letter or # on my 7 piece set i paid $600 the glass was broken and 9 months laer its on my porch in pieces.....
